Cottage of about 65 m². It consists of: Ground floor: An equipped kitchen open to a courtyard that is not overlooked (garden furniture + private barbecue) + air-conditioned living room + S. D. B + W. C independent. On the 1st floor, 2 large bedrooms with closets and air conditioning. (old stairs may not be suitable if mobility problems). Quiet with courtyard + playground (swing, trampoline, slide) and pool shared with another accommodation. TV + DVD, Wi-Fi Pets prohibited Heated pool from May to end of September.

Visit to my Painting Workshop, painting classes possible if you wish. Private parking in front of the accommodation. Located in Pomerols, a small wine village, between the sea and the hinterland. Close to beaches, Marseillan, Étang de Thau, Cap d'Agde, Pézenas. No pets. 07 and 08, weekly rental.

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

Lovely place with free parking on site.

Between vineyards and the sea in a charming village, come and rest in this small cocooning accommodation. To locate the village a little, we are 15 km (about 1/4 hour) from Cap d'Agde and its beaches, 13 km from Marseillan beach. We are also 10 minutes from Pézénas, the city of Molière. If you like peace and quiet then our apartment will seduce you. Put down your suitcases and go for a walk in the vineyards on foot, there are many paths.

A perfect spot for our big group of 8 adults and 6 children. Fabien went out of his way to sort extra cots for the babies and answer all of our questions. The barn was fantastic for big dinners and felt really specia. Having an en-suite in every room was really handy as we were all with our children. Thanks Fabien, highly recommend!

Good welcome from Nathalie from our arrival we also thank her for adapting to our arrival (12:30 p.m. instead of 3:00 p.m.) and this guaranteed us a nice afternoon at the beach, apartment with all the comforts and especially the air conditioning, we will definitely come back!!
