Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Florence

Greatest host and house I could have hoped for, especially considering how last minute it was. They went above and beyond to make the stay as wonderful as possible, and easy for all of us. Extremely polite, and proactive. This place feels more like a home than a rental, and it’s easy to feel like you’re staying with family (that you like)! It’s beautiful inside and out. So much to do in the house, you might not actually leave, and they have everything you need and more available. Easily my first choice next time I’m looking to go back. 100/10 stars. Do yourself the favor of staying here.

Simply wonderful home literally in the middle of the sand dunes on the beach. Fantastic beach home and super communications with the owners. Don’t miss the halibut fish and chips at Luna in Yachats or Seal Rock, plus outstanding restaurants in Newport and amazing beach hikes at Thor’s Well and Seal Rock. Simply a fabulous week!

Everything I wanted and more was taken care of - hosts were INCREDIBLY thoughtful! Great amenities, really comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed feeding the ducks with the food provided by the hosts. Would definitely stay again!

The layout of the home for our family of four was perfect. We loved the kitchen and the outdoor grill. Location is perfect base for going to Newport. Waldport. Yachats, cape perpetua and hikes, heceta light house, Florence and Reedsport Overall comfortable bedding. Master bed mattress too soft for me, but some may prefer that. Only downside regarding privacy is that there are other homes close by /can prob see in your windows It truly is a “ stones throw “ from Beach /ocean

We enjoyed watching the tide come in and out on the bay, and saw deer and raccoons right from the picture windows. What a relaxing place! The house is unique and charming, and the beds were really comfy. We did not have kids with us, but the garage is set up as a fun play place for those who do.

Best option where to stay in Waldport

Great place to stay when on the coast. The place was clean and comfortable. We checked in late and someone was renting the other side - we only heard when they were opening/closing main door. Good neighborhood.

This was our first Airbnb and man did we set the bar really high! Annette was very helpful and communicated with us perfectly. The home was very comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect! Can't say enough good things about this home!

My family just had our 3rd baby last week and as a way to celebrate and beat the heat we were in search for a little getaway. Samantha was SO helpful during a matter she did everything she could to help resolve showing above and beyond service! I work in travel and know great service when I come across it! I would 10/10 recommend this stay. So clean and set up exactly as one would need! The view is even more beautiful than the photos listed showed! We can not wait to come stay again!

We love the Oregon Coast, and we especially love Newport. Pros: Beautiful view, clean room, lovely bottle of wine left for us, enjoyed the balcony alot. In walking distance to coffee, bakery, restaurants, ice cream shop, a dispensary, cute market style store. You also have Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Walmart within a few minute drive. Make sure to check out Newport cinema for an old style movie theater too. The bathroom was nice, although make sure to turn on the heating bulbs because there is no heater in the bathroom. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it looked very well stocked with all essentials. Cons: For the nightly price of this studio, the bed was pretty uncomfortable. We’ve stood at a lot of different places on the coast and I don’t believe we’re super picky but yeah this was definitely our least favorite mattress/bed.Definitely felt like a cheap mattress. We also went and bought our own pillows in town 1st time we’ve done that. All in all, we had a nice time in Newport!

Loved Norma and Greg's apartment walking distance to the beach. Compact and every detail in the kitchenette. Bathroom cast iron tub magnificent ✨️. Bed super comfortable. Appreciate being able to bring my 9lb Doxie. Norma's dogs were delightful. I look forward to visiting again soon - lovely quiet spot. Thank you 🩵

MO’s space was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked with clean, new equipment needed for cooking. It ha plenty of nice utensils and dishes. It was very easy to keep clean. The bathroom seemed very clean to me. The bath towels were clean, soft (and absorbent! ) There is plenty of room to spread out in the space and plenty of storage room. The location is in a quiet spot that has a rural feel, but conveniently near both Newport and Waldport…. just a few minutes drive either way. There is so much to do in that area, It would be easy to stay busy for several weeks! I very much enjoyed meeting MO and his dog. I felt safe as a single female traveler.

We had a perfect stay over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage is small but very well laid out. It was comfortable and cozy. We didn’t cook, but in the evenings we played games at the small table and watched some movies. Best of all, it’s an easy walk with the pups to an amazing beach. Ruth was a great host, and we will definitely look to stay again on our next Oregon coast adventure.

Gorgeous view! Very nicely furnished, clean, quiet, and excellent walkability. There were a few electrical issues with the bathrooms, but crap happens, and I imagine it's hard to get an electrician over the Memorial Day weekend. It didn't really impact our stay, and we would stay again.

Wow! What a beautiful home and a beautiful location! Can’t say enough about how nice this place is! The ocean view is literally right in front of your window, and the view in the back is almost as beautiful with lots of greenery and huge beautiful trees! This is the absolute cleanest rental I have ever seen. Everything was immaculate. Truly, you did not see a speck of dust anywhere! The beds were so comfortable and all linens and towels were provided, as well as paper goods and household necessities. The kitchen was huge had everything you need to cook and bake! Very easy to locate with a lockbox at the door. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb! It’s one of the best we have been to and will plan on soon booking again for another vacation! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay, hosts! We loved every minute!

Great location for a weekend on the coast. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, it felt like home. Being able to walk to the beach was a real bonus. Lona was also really helpful and responsive to our messages.

We ended up with six guests sharing this space, and nobody felt crowded or cramped. This is our 3rd year in Nye Beach, and definitely the best accommodations yet for spaciousness and convenience to the relaxed area. We cooked-in and dined-out, and the kitchen/dining area was so well appointed for our four night stay. You'll find the best food options just steps or minutes away, and don't miss the Italian place right below. Beds were extremely comfortable, furniture was generous, appliances were top notch, and whether relaxing or working, we felt right at home. Really cool idea with the hoodie "Borrow or Buy"offering. Perfect for June weather on the Oregon Coast. I was really surprised how quiet this town got at night, and I never heard a sound from any other tenants or from the restaurants downstairs. We come down down for the Marathon, so a quiet place to chill before and after, is well received. Glad we found Carole's Loft. Hope to spend more time real soon. Keith's a wonderful host!

Leah's place was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The condo was clean and well furnished. She had fabulous amenities available. The view was awesome (right over the beach!) and a great location. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our time in the “escape” we felt right at home loved the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed that we had beach access from the room and that we were close to so many great shops and restaurants. We’ll most definitely be back again.

This place was beautiful! Super clean, beds (including the pull out bed) were very comfortable. The view is incredible with super easy access to the beach. I stayed with my kids and they didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend:)
