Holiday rentals with a patio in Florence-Graham

Excellent location right in the heart of town. Plenty of walkable places nearby. Very Nice amenities on the property, and great views from the Unit. Would stay here agin.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A couple things- the location on the Airbnb makes it seem like the place is within a few blocks to the Wiltern, but it is not actually walking distance. We couldn’t seem to make the upstairs a/c work, but the other a/c kept the place cool. Thank you for a nice stay!

I really can’t say enough about my experience at Andrew’s place! Super comfy. Super thoughtful. Great bedding and pillows. Many good instructions. Awesome coffee shop in the lobby. Felt super safe. Nice and friendly staff and neighbors. Free Parking. I was down for a conference at the convention center and I could walk everywhere. Friends also stayed in the building and we all looked at each others places and Andrew’s by far was the nicest! And Andrew made everything super easy. thank you!!!!

We had a great stay at Teresa’s home for our wedding weekend. I booked the house for my family, and it was clean, spacious, and just as pictured. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was easy throughout. We briefly met the hosts on our last day, and they were super nice. We truly enjoyed our time there. I had an amazing stay! My host went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. They kindly allowed me to check in early and check out late, which was a huge help with my travel schedule. Every request I had was met with a quick and friendly response, and they made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Jackie was one of the most proactive, kind, and accommodating hosts I’ve ever encountered. There aren’t enough words to describe all she did for us, including allowing us to check in early, even meeting us in person for a tour. Jackie’s home is beautifully decorated, every detail thoughtful and generous. It was pristine, amenities galore and a large, comfortable backyard space - something rarely seen in LA. It was obvious a lot of thought was put into the details of Jackie’s home and our group had the best time! We looked forward to returning at the end of each day to hang out. The indoor/outdoor spaces were as described, and more! We even extended our stay another night. We would go out of our way to stay here if we needed accommodations in LA again. Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Very helpful and communicative

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
