Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This house was adorable! Perfect for a quick stay the night before getting on our cruise. Loved waking up and enjoying coffee in the back courtyard in the sunshine! Would definitely book this spot again.

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Stayed in one of Jose’s properties for a weekend. Listing was just as described. Jose was VERRRYYY communicative and responsive. Also as accommodating as he could be.The house itself was on a busy street however, you access it from the back and once on the property, it felt safe. The inside of the house was cozy and perfect for my group of 6. Getting inside the driveway was a bit challenging with a big SUV because neighbors would park in the alley, allowing minimal space for us to get into the parking but we managed to squeeze our way in. I also saw in previous reviews about neighbors playing loud music. We didn’t experience this until our last day, and yes the music was LOUD. However, another neighbor talked to them and they turned it down. Turns out they were rehearsing for a quincenera. My fave part about the stay was the MINIMAL check out list. Usually i feel like there’s a long list of chores before checking out of an airbnb and this was E-Z peezy! Thanks Jose!!

Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful place . It was very clean , warm and well equipped. The place is very quiet and centric . The only thing was not be able to have access to a washer and dryer. After all an excellent experience.

Such a great place to stay! There’s a ton of room for people, our group of 5 felt right at home. We loved being able to sit down and grab a cold drink out of the fridge! Parking is gated in which was a nice touch, and we didn’t worry about our car at all! The area seems a bit sketchy at first but we had no issues with anything. About 18 minutes from the airport and 30-40 minutes from home to popular travel spots!

Serena is very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for us as we did a lot of activities in LA downtown. So nice to have dedicated parking space. The area is safe and quiet. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. We’d like to stay again. Thank you!

Spent the perfect long weekend at the Cozy Cottage. The amenities were great with a spacious bathroom, a comfy bed, and enough space to spread out on the couch. When we walked in after a long drive from the Bay Area, it felt like the Airbnb had been waiting just for us. There was a snack basket, the ceiling fan was on to keep the space cool, light jazz was playing on the radio, and warm lighting to welcome us in. Aaron was super communicative and available to help if anything came up along the way.

We booked this airbnb last minute after having to leave our original reservation. Host was super friendly and did everything possible to help us out by being able to drop off our luggage before check in. The place was super cozy and very relaxing. Would totally rebook for future travels.

We had a fantastic stay! The neighborhood is vibrant and full of charm. Tons of amazing, affordable food options just minutes away, and it’s surprisingly close to downtown LA. One of the best parts? It’s also near the metro, which is a rare and super convenient perk in this city. Daniel and Rachel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to explore LA with ease!

We had a great stay at Teresa’s home for our wedding weekend. I booked the house for my family, and it was clean, spacious, and just as pictured. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was easy throughout. We briefly met the hosts on our last day, and they were super nice. We truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you so much for hosting such a beautiful home. This place is highly recommended!

Good place to stay !

Jackie was one of the most proactive, kind, and accommodating hosts I’ve ever encountered. There aren’t enough words to describe all she did for us, including allowing us to check in early, even meeting us in person for a tour. Jackie’s home is beautifully decorated, every detail thoughtful and generous. It was pristine, amenities galore and a large, comfortable backyard space - something rarely seen in LA. It was obvious a lot of thought was put into the details of Jackie’s home and our group had the best time! We looked forward to returning at the end of each day to hang out. The indoor/outdoor spaces were as described, and more! We even extended our stay another night. We would go out of our way to stay here if we needed accommodations in LA again. Thank you Jackie, and Miss Umi! We appreciate your hospitality!

The place was really nice! The decorations were great and gave it a welcoming vibe. I’m not from California, so it felt a little overwhelming at first with so many cars in front of the house and people hanging out outside, it made me feel unsure about the area. But once I got inside, I felt safe and comfortable. The house itself is beautiful, just could use a bit more attention to cleaning. Overall, a good experience!
