Had very clear instructions on how to get inside, and everything looked just like the photos. Also had some cute hand towels! Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Great spot.. small, quaint, peaceful.. little creek and patio.. Not a lot of room but everything that's needed for one and his pup.. A stones throw to a great main street and super restaurants ..

Great stay! I stayed for a few months and only had a few difficulties that were resolved. Hosts always answered in timely manner. Comfortable for 1 person, has all the space you could need. Bathroom is renovated very nicely!

I needed a place to say during a work event and this worked out well. Nice place. Clean.

Perfect stay for the girls for the night before my best friend's wedding! The only down side, which is no fault of the owners, is the road noise. If you're hoping to sleep in on a weekday morning, and you're not a heavy sleeper, it might be tough. Other than that, it was perfect! I'd definitely stay again!

Ray’s place was amazing! It had everything you could want for a delightful weekend. The apartment was elegantly decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere, ideal for a romantic getaway. There were many charming restaurants and bars in the area, such as Maiden Lane Wine & Cocktail Bar. Parking was convenient as well. I'm really happy we chose Ray’s place!

Adorable, charming and welcoming...a great place to holiday in Chesaning! Upon check-in, we were greeted with music playing and lights on in the apartment. Anything you could think of was there and ready to use.Thank you, Karin, for the wonderful stay!

The apartment was perfect in so many ways! I appreciated their policy of not using any scented products! The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and dishes and, etc. One of the best places I’ve stayed.

I had such a wonderful stay at this place! It was a perfect location - close to MSU and shopping, it had a gorgeous yard and artwork, and it was SO CLEAN. Communication was great, and it was nice to briefly meet the owner and the dogs. :) As the description states, it is a basement so you will hear the family moving about upstairs. That said, it was not bothersome for me, the space is very private, and I was able to relax and get work done during times I was not visiting campus. This is one of the nicest airbnb homes I've stayed in, and I would absolutely return. Thank you!

Had a great stay, dog friendly and super clean. We only really slept there so we didn’t get to use the hot tub but wished we could! Across the street from a very nice winery and close to shopping. Had a very nice experience overall.

Perfect for what I needed while staying to attend a conference. The suite was clean, quiet and private. There were a couple issues, but Drew was quick to resolve them. I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

Very nice. Place Was in pristine condition and felt like a new place. We loved opening the sliding glass door and listening to the birds. Saw deer go by as well. So peaceful!!! Everything is in this small comfy space. It is connected to a house but we didn’t see or hear any noise from others. Thankful to have the washer dryer.

Very responsive when I had questions. Place was perfect for what we needed for the nights stay. Living room area had a very nice couch & tv was huge!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.
