Plezier met het hele gezin in deze stijlvolle ruimte. Dit nieuwbouwhuis is helemaal energie neutraal. Het is gelegen aan de gezellige haven van huizen met zijn vele faciliteiten. Er is een prachtig buitenzwembad vlakbij. Het dorp met gezellige markt en oude kern is prachtig voor een wandeling. Zwemmen in het Gooimeer, zeilen, suppen, surfen er is genoeg waterplezier. Pretpark Oud Valkeveen is dichtbij. Prachtig wandelen in het natuurgebied aan de overkant van de straat. Kortom geweldige plek!

Walking distance to the village centre 10min, supermarket 10min, harbour 10min, woods 5 minutes.

Leuk, ruim, schoon en netjes huis. Gezellig verlichte tuin met loungebank en vuurkacheltje. Wandelen naar het centrum, het strand en de boulevard kan prima maar er staan ook twee fietsen (niet de nieuwste🙈) die je mag gebruiken. Vergeet ook niet om lekker met je voeten in het zand te eten bij de strandtent en daarna langs de haven te wandelen of een kijkje te nemen in het gezellige centrum van Harderwijk.

The house is very close to the train station, and only a few minutes walk to some of the best restaurants and sailboat viewing in town. It is perfect for a long stay or a short holiday!

In onze straat en in de directe omgeving zijn verschillende gezellige horecagelegenheden. Op loopafstand is er een bioscoop en een theater en zijn er gezellige terrasjes. Ook kun je het Stedelijk Museum op loopafstand vinden en zijn er stadswandelingen te doen o.l.v. een gids. Op 5 minuten lopen afstand ligt de IJssel waar je lekker kunt uitwaaien.
