Justus & Heleen's house is absolutely fantastic, the photos don't do it justice as it is larger and better equipped than described. Extremely comfortable and for us ideally situated being only 10 minutes drive from the Medemblik Regatta Center where we were sailing. The area is peaceful, and local supermarkets excellent as well as a local restaurant serving good food. We will be back soon!

We had a very nice stay. Beautiful and clean house in a beautiful and quiet area. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts and we have made wonderful use of the hot tub.

We had a great time in Epe, a very relaxing environment with a beautiful house. 2 bedrooms with double beds, a lovely terrace and a wonderful hot tub. You can order breakfast and also get some of the farm life if you want. There are cats running around, donkeys in front of the cottage and there is a shop that is open 24/7. We will definitely come back!

A very nice villa. You could even borrow a boat at the harbor and then dock at the house. The hot tub was clean. There is no problem with 10 adults everywhere. There are plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses and bathrooms. The on-site service if you have a problem can be reached quickly and easily. However, knowledge of English would be useful😊.

Fabulous stay at Cottage Paulus What a great experience! The forest cottage "Paulus" is tastefully decorated and is located in a beautiful, quiet place in the middle of nature. Exactly what we needed to completely recharge. We were there with our two dogs, and they too had the time of their lives. The spacious, fully fenced garden was perfect – safe and large enough for endless snooping and scrambling around. Fareen, the hostess, is incredibly friendly and helpful. From the first contact, everything felt familiar and relaxed. She was quick to respond to questions and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended for anyone who loves peace, nature and an animal-friendly place with character. We will definitely come back!

What a top stay at Epe! From the first moment we felt welcome. Slept well in a comfortable bed and enjoyed an extensive and fresh breakfast in the morning – everything you need. The sauna and jacuzzi were lovely to completely relax. Also nice: Alie is ready with fun tips nearby. Everything radiates care and hospitality. Recommended!

Together with my mother and sister, we had a pleasant stay. The cottage is in a beautiful garden where we could have our breakfast in the morning. We were kindly received by both the family and all the animals.

We had a wonderful time on Paul's boat. Paul was a great host who communicated early and was always available to answer questions. He also met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of the boat. Everything is lovingly designed, and we loved the special atmosphere and the unique charm of the old sailboat. Basic amenities for everyday life (towels, pans, kitchen seasonings, toilet paper) are provided. Of course, many things are functionally furnished, in keeping with the space—that's just how it is on a boat. I'm 1.86m tall and didn't have any major issues with space other than the upper level being slightly* shorter than me. There's several heaters and a heated blanket for cold days. There's even a bathroom on the boat which was perfectly functional. Since you can't flush paper, we made use of the bathroom facilities in the harbor for some things which was also convenient. We would definitely recommend Paul's boat for anyone looking for something out of the ordinary!

We spent a long weekend with friends in André's holiday home in Opperdoes and enjoyed it enormously. The house is beautiful, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Everything is in perfect order, both inside and outside. The large garden at the rear is adjacent to a canal, which provides a soothing view and a pleasant atmosphere. The area offers plenty of opportunities for beautiful excursions. Medemblik is a great place to walk or cycle, with a cozy harbor, an impressive castle to visit, and a beautiful view of the IJsselmeer. The zoo in Anna Paulowna also turned out to be a surprisingly fun destination. In short: had a wonderful stay in a beautiful environment. Definitely recommended!

I loved the home! It was beautiful for me and my family . We felt right at home and the mother in law who checked us in was so sweet showing us the house and everything

Good bed, nice shower, thick towels. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the silence and the sun. We appreciated that they immediately noticed my body language that I withdrew a bit from their sweet but very enthusiastic dog, and who kept in during our stay, very welcoming!

The apartment is very nicely decorated. Communication with the landlord was very straightforward and friendly. There are good offers in the Europarc. We loved it.

Suze-An is very friendly, and has a nice chat when you feel like it. The cottage itself has a very spacious living room. Everything you need during your vacation is present, including super good wifi, toilet paper, towels, garbage bags, hand soap, salt etc. The showpiece is the huge garden, with lovely grass to lie in, a trampoline, a sandpit, and a nest swing. And animal friends also come to their liking: cats, dog, sheep, chickens, horses and deer.

We enjoyed this beautiful place very much! Everything was perfect, our hosts were very helpful, they always responded to our requests really fast. Location is absolutely stunning, beautiful nature, so peaceful and calm! We recommend this awesome place 100%!

This was a real special find! The 3 days we spent in Zeewold were amazing. We had a group of 10 friends, and we had a great time at this unique mansion. Everything was ready for us, the house is fantastic, the surroundings are very unique, the place is comfortable, quiet, with lots of home feelings. We were able to cook inside, ride the boat, play in the garden. We were a bit apprehensible because we were organizing this for a large group, with people coming from many countries, and we had never been to Zeewold before. Yet, the hosts helped out with clear information and sending all the details we needed. Not related to the house itself, but the Asian restaurant nearby is amazing (very recommended) and the city is close by for dinner, online orders and shopping. Two things we heard from people in the group: "when we came back next year..." and "this house is already our house, let's reserve it now!" So, looks like we will be back next year! Thank you!

Nice stay on a quiet campground. Clean and good beds. Pool opened a few days before because of the nice weather. Walibi within cycling distance and Dinopark in Zwolle is also worth it. The old town of Elburg is nice to visit. Communication with Annamaria went well.

Our family stayed at Henks home for a week during our vacation. The home is beautiful and very accommodating for our family. The main floor bedroom has its own washroom/ shower and there is a common washroom on the main floor as well. The bedroom upstairs has a beautiful balcony access while the third bedroom has access to a walkway above the living room. The home boasts large window/doors which let in lots of sunlight and is equipped with a private driveway for 2 vehicles. There is a beautiful creek in the backyard for fishing, bird watching or relaxing while the gated community property has a tennis court and a swimming pool. The home was fully equipped with cooking utensils and plates and cutlery, its own washer and dryer and a jetted bathtub on the second floor. The City is a few minutes drive away has lots of activities and stores. We enjoyed our stay at this home and hope to visit again.
