Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Flevoland

We had a wonderful stay at Nienke and Richard’s place. Perfect if you are travelling with children, lots of toys, and a playground literally across the street. Walking distance to a grocery store and in a great location to walk around and explore. Richard and Nienke were very responsive and accommodating. Only thing to mention is that the crib is a travel crib (pack n play type thing) and not a real crib as in the photos. Still, we loved our time there!

Fantastic location and very thoughtful host. Clean, modern, wonderfully quiet but still within walking distance of supermarket and nice restaurants and not unimportant... a lot of privacy... The fireplace and private garden made it completely complete. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for our party of 5. Right on the lake but a short 10 minute walk to town and eating places. We loved our stay here

The cottage was very neatly decorated and neatly clean. Available equipment worked properly and there was more than enough crockery and towels. Bed linen was neatly clean from the laundry. Communication was pleasant and hosts were flexible and quick with responses. The stay is on private property and guests privacy is respected. If I may indicate 1 point for improvement, it is that the knives present were rather blunt, which made it a bit more difficult to cut vegetables, for example. All in all we had a nice and carefree stay.

This is a lovely, well decorated house with very nice garden for sitting out on warm summer nights. A 90 second walk from the supermarket and only a short distance from Amsterdam. If you’re looking for a place to stay to visit the city, then this is perfect. It took us 25 minutes to drive to the closest park and ride and then a 15 min tram into the centre. Thanks Mary-Ann.

As always, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days on the houseboat very much!

Theo and his brother (that I nicknamed Igcko) are great hosts! The room is cozy and bigger than it looks in the pictures, and it has access to the lovely balcony – a big open terrace filled with flowers and plants with a great view of Lelystad's nature and its fantastic sky. The room also has a good desk where it's possible to work and air con that was really handy in the past weeks of extreme heating. The location of the house is good as well, a 15 minutes bike ride to the train station and the same time to the amazing beach on the other direction. Igcko has been very friendly, even taking me to a tour to the surrounding area and teaching me a lot about this very new land in the Netherlands. His dog Gizmo is also very friendly and lovely! :) Miguelina helps keeping the place clean and is also very nice. Thank you Theo and Igcko for everything! I definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time in Naarden and enjoyed the space to explore the surrounding areas, had some proper night sleeps with our little one and can recommend it. Great Airbnb and great host as part of our trip across the Netherlands.

The bungalow was very nice, clean, and very well stocked. It is in a beautiful park next to the IJsselmeer. Felix was great, super friendly and forthcoming, and helped us quickly with our inquiries. We recommend the place and our gracious host, and will hopefully be returning in the future.

We stayed at Paul's villa with 16 people, but it was also big enough for that and the amenities were sufficient. We were personally received very friendly, were even able to get into the villa a little more by arrangement. The garden was great for the kids and adults (sauna, hot tub). Clear recommendation also for large groups!

We had a nice stay and Anneke or her daughter were always available for questions during the stay. The house is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, good amenities and the pool and jacuzzi were great. I am more than happy to recommend the place.

Our trip with our family was wonderful and staying here at this beautiful home made it complete! Being here for the 80th anniversary of the liberation , we were so happy with staying in Zeewolde. I can speak for all my family in saying that it felt so comfortable from the moment we stepped inside. We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.
