Anne-Marie’s place is amazing. A fully equipped place to stay with an amazing view. Anne Marie as a host was wonderful being responsive and kind each time I contact her. This place has an incredible view of Leuven and it’s perfect to spend a few days in city or a full month as I did. Will recommend staying here and I hope I have the opportunity to come back.

J'ai choisi ce logement en premier lieu pour la qualité des photos et surtout pour son emplacement idéal, mais ce sont les nombreux commentaires positifs laissés par d'autres voyageurs qui ont vraiment influencé ma décision. Tous décrivaient un hôte exceptionnellement hospitalier, chaleureux, amical, généreux, aimable et très disponible. À mon arrivée, j'ai eu la belle surprise de rencontrer Sadiq, qui a été un hôte incroyablement charmant et accueillant, toujours à l'écoute, de bonne humeur, et attentif à mes besoins. Son hospitalité a largement dépassé mes attentes et m'a permis de me sentir intégré et à l’aise dès le début de mon séjour. Sadiq est une personne d'une grande générosité, qui a même tenu à partager avec moi plusieurs repas qu'il avait préparés lui-même, et sa cuisine est tout simplement excellente. Le logement, quant à lui, est très bien équipé, sécurisé, calme, non loin du centre ville et des parking. Je recommande vivement, vous serez reçue comme un roi.

Only airbnb that helped us find our way in, showed us around and explained the area. For this I must say we were thankful. coming from Canada, driving through France and Belgium, it was nice to meet the person who owns airbnb, I think it is respectful, and makes me want to be respectful to her place as well. Renata is supervriendelijk en helpt proactief meedenken aan oplossingen (mijn fiets). Het appartement is kraaknet en ze benadrukte meermaals dat ik mocht doen zoals thuis. Dit is echt een aanrader als je een kamer zoekt in het centrum van Mechelen.

Yoko a été très accueillante et nous a communiqué tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour . L’arrivée et l’accès étaient parfaits . L’appartement est charmant Si nous revenions à Bruxelles, nous demanderions sans hésiter à reloger chez Yoko . Magali et Roberto

A cozy and beautiful apartment just as described in the photos. The location is convenient — about 30 minutes by public transport from Brussels Central/Noord stations. Bus stops are just 50 meters away and easily accessible throughout the day. The neighborhood is quiet, and the balcony/terrace is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. After a long day of exploring, the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed. And last but not least, a big thank you to Yan for her warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay — wishing you all the best as a wonderful host!

Just wrapped up an amazing stay at this amazing home! came to town for the marathon and honestly couldn't have picked a better spot. The location was perfect - close enough to the race that getting there was super easy on the big day. The place itself was incredibly clean and comfortable, especially the bed which was exactly what I needed before and after running. The host was absolutely wonderful - so thoughtful and clearly went out of their way to make my stay special. The neighborhood was quiet enough for a good night's sleep, but still had everything I needed nearby.

Wat een heerlijke plek! Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en alles is aanwezig (inclusief kruiden e.d). Het is ruim opgezet, mooie slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden en een fijne keuken. Omgeving kun je mooi wandelen en daarna heerlijk zwemmen in de zwemvijver. Voor de avond is er nog een aparte ruimte met allerlei activiteiten ( tafelvoetbal, darts, tafeltennis etc) We komen zeker een keer terug!

We arrived at Sam's place after a ten-hour flight, feeling quite exhausted. Sam warmly welcomed us with coffee and provided a thorough overview of the area, including useful tips on recycling and shopping. The property itself is stunning, featuring a lovely garden and ample space for our family. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, boasting everything from a coffee machine to a blender and more. The bathroom is spacious and modern, while the beds were incredibly comfortable, with clean linen and extra blankets available if needed. The large dining room table offered plenty of space for meals and also served as a great family entertainment area. The cozy TV room includes an additional room that can be used as an office, complete with a desk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Sam was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. This was our first visit to Belgium, and I highly recommend Sam's place for both short and long-term stays

Nice and comfortable accommodation

petit havre de paix pour un Week end relax en famille ou en couple au milieu de la forêt. Pas adapté pour des bébés qui rempent ou qui marchent. La litterie était propre et agréable. nous y avons très bien dormi.

Een geweldig mooi en groot huis met een fantastisch mooie en grote tuin. Keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral ook leuk met (kleine) kinderen. De kinderen hadden het erg naar het zin met het speelgoed, de trampoline en vooral ook heel veel spelletjes. In de omgeving is ook genoeg te doen/te zien en te beleven. Contact met de host ook goed: reageerde snel bij enkele vragen. We zouden zo weer boeken.

Good location, very well equipped kitchen and excellent communication with the owner. There was a minor issue with a socket that was sorted out right away. The bathroom is gorgeous with a deep, comfy bath and a spacious shower. The beds are very comfortable too. Walking distance to independent shops with beautiful fresh produce, lovely bakeries and plenty of cosy cafés and eateries. Rupel Sushi especially recommended. We also loved the big Saturday morning market which is well worth a visit. Mechelen is a beautiful, safe city. The tourist information is excellent. Lots of guides, maps and gorgeous postcards. Friendly, multi-lingual staff. A word of caution: there are ebikes and e- scooters everywhere. They travel at considerable speed and we had a few close calls. Take particular care when crossing road and cycle paths.

Het is een erg mooi huis met alle benodigheden voor een grote groep. De bedden zijn fijn en de keuken lekker ruim. De host is ook erg vriendelijk en meedenkend. Wij hebben hier een leuk vriendenweekend gehad.

Davy was een goede gastheer en heeft persoonlijk de sleutel overhandigd. Het appartement was schoon, afstand naar het centrum goed te lopen en alles wat nodig was binnen hand bereik.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt – geräumig, gut ausgestattet, sauber, schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Margoux ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie zu Hause. Ein Supermarkt ist nur eine Gehminute entfernt, und der Nordbahnhof ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We stayed at Elsy’s place as a temporary accommodation while we looked for our permanent residence in Belgium. Her place is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, with an incredible view of the lake. The neighborhood is full of nature and very quiet. Overall, it was a very positive experience for myself, my wife and our two daughters (1 and 3 years old). Elsy was an amazing host, always very helpful and kind.

Stijn was very friendly and uncomplicated in communication. The apartment was well equipped and everything was great! Thank you very much!

David’s place was beautiful and the perfect location - far enough from the city center to be quiet, close enough that it was easy to get to everything! I highly recommend, and will absolutely be back next time I’m in Leuven! 🐾
