Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Gelijkvloers bevindt zich de badkamer. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Het laatste deel van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, schommel,... Er is ook een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Huis Potaerde is situated in the old farm buildings on the square farm 'de Potaerdehoeve' ( now a modern dairy farm with cows and clalfs : to visit!), dated from 1772. Authenticity and class were central to the renovation. The location is extremely quiet, the cows graze on the adjacent meadows... And all this near the bustling center of Brussels! With its rural location, this country house is the ideal place to relax. Unique!

The studio is accessible via a separate side entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people). The studio consists of a beautiful open space and is located on the 2nd floor, the former hayloft of our farm.
