Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Flemish Brabant

Definitivamente la ubicación fue perfecta para los días que estuvimos. Teníamos todo bastante cerca caminando lo que nos hizo ganar tiempo para aprovechar mejor nuestra estadía. Las vistas hacia las calles es algo que nos encantó y lo fácil que era poder acceder. Lo único que ñ creo que se podría mejorar es el tema de la ventilación del baño que faltaba un extractor para que después de bañarse el vapor se fuese más rápido, ya que éramos 4 personas y quedaba el ambiente un poco caliente. Lo recomendamos 100%!

Peaceful location close to the train station and neighborhood markets and restaurants, very comfortable and clean lived in apartment. Check in and out was super easy and Samer is great host super responsive and friendly!! Would definitely stay here again.

Departamento con una buena ubicación, muy bien la relación precio calidad. La única observación es que el ingreso al departamento se comparte con un bar; y hay q pasar por el baño del mismo y tiene feo olor y suciedad propia del bar. Si no fuera por eso, no tendría observaciones. Los ruidos no fueron molestos para nosotros y viajamos con dos Nenes.

It was super luxurious experience in your apartment I will recommend everyone who come to brussels for visit easy to reach there, take 49 bus number from brussels midi staion and reach at candries bus stop and the bus stop is in front of the building. its super easy and the stay was very calm and felt like a home we stayed. Logement facile d'accès, arrivée flexible (boite à clés) très facile grâce aux instructions détaillées. Le logement est très simple mais propre et agréable.

Habitation très agréable avec son confort et un joli jardin. Un peu loin de la ville à pied et accès un peu raide avec ses côtes assez étroites pour y accéder mais très calme.

Great place, very clean and quirky. A lot of cool art around the place, one of the best places I’ve stayed in Brussels. Highly recommend it.

Really nice house with good accessibility and good communication with the host. Only downside is the closeby airport because of the noise.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un cadre idéal pour notre famille avec enfants, tout ce qu’une famille a besoin y est. La maison se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme.

Jean-Luc est un hôte adorable, à l'écoute, attentionné et d'une grande flexibilité concernant les horaires. Sa maison est fidèle aux photos, propre, confortable et très bien située. Nous avons passé de très belles fêtes de Noël et ne manquerons pas de revenir chez Jean-Luc. Merci pour tout ! Nous n'avons pas rencontré Cédric - son voisin et ami - mais sommes certains que nous l'aurions également apprécié.

Great place if you looking for a quiet getaway, we had spent 4 excellent days!Backyard directly ends in nature perfect for a little breakfast, projector is fun to do movie night after jacuzzi 🤌 Houssem is super friendly and very well mannered host, helped with everything, even went the extra mile for us with checking in and smaller issues we had! Highly recommend 👍

We feel welcome and safe at Linda’s place. It is a walkable distance from trams that take you to the city center within 15min and it is easy to access. I slept very well and had a private bathroom. Also, she is a friendly and kind lady that really cares about your stay. Thank you for the breakfast and the talk!

The room is large and beautiful, and having a private toilet and sink is a nice feature when sharing a space with the hosts. It is upstairs in the back of the house, separated from the hosts by a large room, so you don’t feel the need to whisper or tiptoe around. The walls are thick and sturdy. The space is great and the hosts are just so kind and welcoming. It felt like staying with a friend. Would definitely stay again :) They mean it when they say they have some breakfast for you! I haven’t had that at an Airbnb before and that was so nice! Coffee included. Definitely saved us a few bucks every morning :) I always read the most negative comments when booking and I can safely say you can ignore them for this listing. It does smell like smoke in some parts of the apartment, but they put that in the description so if you book it, don’t be a baby about the smell. Thank you Hendrik and Samira!

Es war alles top und sah aus wie auf den Bildern, nur zu Fuß etwas weit weg von der Innenstadt, aber trotzdem angenehmer weg

Nous étions 4 et nous étions très étonné que l’appartement soit aussi propre et espacieux. Nous avons passer un très bon week-end ce que nous avons apprécié le plus c'est que toutes et a proximité. Je recommande fortement.

Badge’s apartment was even better than the photos make it look! He was a very responsive host and our communication was always quick and friendly. The apartment was clean, has lots of space, a great bathtub, and lots of natural light. The location is easy to get to from Brussel-Noord and also worked well for traveling with the Metro into the downtown for sightseeing. We also enjoyed the park nearby and the Gare Maretime is quite a sight!

Bernard was warm, welcoming, and extremely hospitable! He gave us wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat when in Brussels. The apartment was in a very convenient location, and was clean, beautiful, and a wonderful place to rest after a day of exploring. Bernard allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment after check out time for our convenience which was great as well. He was also there to wish us farewell when we left.
