The house is one of the first to be built on the beach site Snig. There is one house with a lot of history and soul that is located along the road to the south of Lindesnes. Private terrace. Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia court. As well as barbecue facilities.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

5 minutter fra Dyreparken og Hamresanden (strand) . Plass til 6-9 personer ved bruk av reiseseng/ekstra madrasser til barn. Perfekt for 2 barnefamilier som vil til Sørlandet på tur. Enebolig med innegjerdet hage, tre soverom, bad, vaskerom (med ekstra dusj/do), kjøkken og stue. Hagen er fylt med lekestue, huskestativ, sandkasse og utemøbler på platting og spisebord på terrasse i 2.etg. Sengetøy og håndklær ink. i leie. 5 min til Dyreparken og strand. Ingen dyr eller røyking tillatt.

The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed of 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV. In addition, there is a refrigerator, microwave and kettle for light cooking . Bed linen and towels are provided . Free parking is available

The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Renovated in 2025. You live 5 meters from the beach and the sea, and in the summer you can rent a boat with an outboard motor for fishing and island trips. You live close to everything. 5 minutes to Dyreparken, 7 minutes to Kjevik Airport, 2 minutes to walk to the bus that runs every 20 minutes. 8 minutes to Kristiansand, 5 minutes to Sørlandssenteret, 15 minutes to the archipelago. There are plenty of hiking opportunities a short jog away:) Good parking, right at the door.

Stort hus med nydelig hage i Vågsbygd. Tre soverom. Mulighet for dobbelt luftmadrass i loftstuen også. kan fint bo to familier her. Vakre turområder i kort nærhet og badeplasser, ca 20 min til dyreparken og 13min til sentrum med bil. Hage med innglasset utestue og peis. Trampoline og lekehus. Har en stor loftstue med en del leker til barn. Grill har vi også som kan brukes av gjestene.

Spectacular views with lots of possibilities to sit outside, including the outdoor kitchen. Large modern living spaces, equipped with all the comforts. Very pleasant contact with the owner. Quiet island, accessible via tunnel, Kristiansand 15 minutes by car. Ice cream shop 5 minutes walk, nice coffee terrace 5 minutes by car. Lots of choice of restaurants in Kristiansand. Fishing spots found.

A very beautiful big house with an amazing few and sunset view The house has a lot of beds We loved the location and since the house is built on rocks it has many stairs, for us no problem The pull up bar in the kitchen door is great Communication with Marthe was very friendly and quick We visited the beautiful lighthouse in Lindesnes (one hour away) The old town of Kristiansand is also worth a visit We wished we could have stayed a bit longer to also visit the little Preikestolen nearby.
