The apartment has several private outdoor areas where you can enjoy the sun all day. Several playgrounds and is located close to See where you can take the trip into Nygård via the light trail, or peak trips up to Høgåsen, Raulifjell or Pollfjell. Short way to the city centre, as well as Raulibukta Badeplats and Grønnes Badeplass with sandy beaches, sauna, diving tower, swab, jetty and large green free area.

We rent out our funkish house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom attached to this bedroom. Outside there is a huge terrace with a lot of living space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Small Presteskjær Lighthouse

Lighthouse from 1895 with a dwelling and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a shear at the end of Rekefjord. Original fixtures from the time when the lighthouses with family lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse has a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, stalls, atrium with panoramic views, 3 bedrooms and small kitchen that has been converted into extra bedrooms. There is also a boat garage adjacent to the lighthouse, this one is furnished for outdoor coziness and easy dining.
