NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Top location in summer & winter! The accommodation is located in a new residential area that is very familiar, quiet and very centrally located. The apartment can accommodate 3 people. The folding bed can be placed in the bedroom or in the chill-out area. There is NO kitchen. Coffee machine, kettle, toast, refrigerator are available. A variety of activities and excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity. Egon's Home is the perfect starting point for great adventures of every kind.

Our house is in the center of Hochfilzen. A great base for hiking, biking or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the ski resort of Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country skiing trails are 5 minutes. Bus stop, train station is in close proximity. Tourist tax Euro 2.80 per person per night to be paid extra at the arrival cash.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

Top floor apartment

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The bright & modern apartment is on the 2nd floor and the view is fantastic. Despite the quiet location, there is a bus stop right outside the house. In winter you can get into the cross-country ski trail directly from the house, in summer you can hike directly from the house. Many walks invite you for long walks.
