For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Unwind after a day of skiing or a mountain hike in this peaceful, newly built, sustainable natural-wood chalet. Enjoy the wood paneling, the oak floorboards, and the wood furniture made by a carpenter. Lie down on the lambskin rug, gaze up at the high gallery and the rustic lighting or at the fire in the fireplace – or look out and be captivated by the incredible mountain view, which you can also enjoy from the lounge chair and from the unique tree dining table on the covered terrace!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

We have a nice and fully furnished apartment with terrace, in a sunny and quiet location. We offer a swimming pool and a children's playground with a swing. Our rabbits, cats and our dog Ricko are looking forward to being petted.
