Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Enjoy the wood paneling, the oak floorboards, and the wood furniture made by a carpenter. Lie down on the lambskin rug, gaze up at the high gallery and the rustic lighting or at the fire in the fireplace – or look out and be captivated by the incredible mountain view, which you can also enjoy from the lounge chair and from the unique tree dining table on the covered terrace!

Quiet apartment in the heart of Obervellach

Our vacation rental is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal base for skiing, winter hiking, pony rides, and nature experiences in the Mölltal valley – even for just one night. The apartment is located on the ground floor and features two separate bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. We live on the upper floor of the house. Shopping and dining options are within walking distance.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Tower in the mountains

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

The chalet is situated on a quiet and sunny mountainside and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The 110m² chalet offers enough space for up to 6 people. It has a spacious living and dining area, which is perfect for sociable evenings. With three bedrooms, it offers enough space for families or groups. Enjoy the sun on the terrace and use the large garden with barbecue for cozy outdoor barbecues.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Spend your vacation on the sunny side of Flattach! We offer you a vacation home on the farm which is very quietly located. We have a nice and fully furnished apartment with terrace, in a sunny and quiet location. We offer a swimming pool and a children's playground with a swing. Our rabbits, cats and our dog Ricko are looking forward to being petted.
