The house is located right by Lianvannet - bathing water, and there are also skiing opportunities right from the door, over the water and out in the prepared ski slope, in winter time. There is a lot of room for 2 families, or for the group of friends. There is large space, 2 parking spaces, large garden with playground, fire pit and barbecue in the summer.

Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find ample outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
