Holiday rentals with a patio in Flatåsen

The apartment was everything you might want - clean, well equipped, practical. And Jan T is a delight and a very welcoming host. Can't recommend more strongly.

I was able to recover very well for 2 days on the way to the North Cape. The apartment offers everything you need and in the immediate vicinity there are various shops and restaurants. Martin responded immediately to my booking, so I was able to get into the apartment in the evening. For me, everything worked out fine. A big thank you to Martin for letting me use his apartment.

This was a great experience! Booked at very short notice but the check-in was completely problem-free. The apartment is super fresh - everything feels new! Great beds and great bathroom. The apartment is very well equipped. It's a shame I'm only here for one day. Lars was easy to communicate with and came up with precise instructions and responded quickly to all questions. Happy to come back!

It was such a good place that I almost canceled my return home. Clean, comfortable, and with a view so beautiful it looks like a painting. The bed is wonderful and soft, it's even hard to get up haha. The host was super attentive, everything flowed easily. I recommend and intend to return with more time.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommended. Host communication was easy and efficient. Quick and pleasant responses. Everything is in line with the description. The house was cozy, tidy and nicely decorated, and we felt at home as soon as we entered the door. It was extra nice that it was decorated with freshly picked flowers. Here it is calm and quiet and there is nothing to disturb. The view over the fjord is fantastic from the terrace. In addition, it was affordable. Thank you! We'd love to come back another time.

A really great house in a great location! We stayed with John for 4 days with our two small children and we felt comfortable all around. The house offers everything you need. It is very generously cut and you immediately feel at home. John always responded immediately. The area is really great. You can walk directly from the house into the greenery and take great hikes, but you can also get to the city very quickly by bus or car. We would recommend it to everyone!

We stayed two weeks in this wonderful cabin. It is in the middle of the wood Bymarka (verbatim “Tømmerdalen”) but the drive to Trondheim is only 10 minutes through the woods (lighted at night) and another 5 through the outskirts down the hill (over 20 speedbumps). You can walk 10 mins to Kobberdammen lake and another 30 minutes around it, or further 30 minutes down to Lavollen for a cup of coffee. The core nature reserve starts almost next to the house, inviting for more hikes. From the living room and the kitchen you have a beautiful view over the yard and into the woods. A small brook flow through the yard, there are many birds, and we saw several deer pass by. There is a fence, but it is not the strongest and because of the wildlife you should always keep your dog on leash. Couch, bath, kitchen, bedding everything is clean, modern but scandinavic comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will always want to come back!

Madeleine is an incredibly friendly and great hostess. ☀️ The apartment was very clean and left nothing to be desired. From booking to checkout, it was extremely straightforward. To the location: Within walking distance you can reach a cemetery at the top of the mountain. From there you have a beautiful view of Trondheim. And in 5 minutes you can reach the city center by car. We felt right at home at Madeleine's apartment and would come back any time ☺️
