As a suggestion, it would be useful to include in the description an approximate value for internet and TV service recharges in an average stay of three days, so you would have all the complete information and it would be easier to self-manage what is needed.

Sandra's apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The pool and jacuzzi reservation makes check-in orderly. It is a five-minute walk from the town of Ricaurte, so any shopping you need is very close. A very quiet complex to rest.

A very welcoming apartment faithful to the publication, facilities in very good condition, attention from very good surveillance personnel, spectacular and well maintained social areas. An additional value of 11,500 per person must be cancelled for use of pools and so on but it is important to provide this information before booking. The host was very attentive to our concerns and requests.

Daniel's service was excellent, the apartment is nice and pleasant overall. You can request taxis from the front desk, and the staff is very nice.

Perfect stay in Flanders. The apartment is as shown in the photos: modern, clean and very comfortable. The layout is excellent and it is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay; from kitchen utensils to air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. The location is ideal, close to everything but quiet enough to rest. The common area with swimming pool is perfect for enjoying the warm climate of Flanders, and the atmosphere of the complex is very familiar and safe. The host was very kind, attentive and always willing to answer any questions. Check-in was simple and everything was very well coordinated. I would definitely come back again with my whole family. We definitely recommend it and would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Good place ,according to the description ,good price . Keep in mind that to be able to enter the pool, there are some handles that are not included in the price, otherwise everything is fine.

Excellent place, has two comfortable desks for work. The internet is good, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning and the other parts with ceiling fan. The complex has good social areas. Perfect for resting.

My family and I loved it, the sector is very quiet to spend either several days or just a couple. The only thing is that of the 3 days, two of them damaged the elevator and it was up to the 7th floor.

The apartment is spectacular of what we could see is the best of the entire condo. And nothing to add from Milena, it is fantastic and responds very quickly to any concerns. For sure my wife and I will be back, I would dare say that even more than once.

Recommended. The place is generally quiet at night, the apartment is comfortable, spacious and with everything that appears in the photos. Access was easy for everyone, covered parking, there are two large pools. Pilar was very kind and clear with the information.

It felt a delicious breeze all day long. What we appreciate most is that we were able to be with our two dogs without any inconvenience, which for us was a great plus. The host was respectful and friendly, always available if we needed to. Everything flowed great. We recommend this place to those looking for tranquility, good weather and a pet-friendly space to feel at home. We would come back without thinking!
