Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

Cosy Village Centre Cottage close to the Sea

Refurbished fisherman's cottage in the heart of Flamborough village close to amenities and walking distance to beaches. Double bedroom, bathroom and open plan living space. Stairs are enclosed and very steep. The outside space enjoys the sun most of the day, perfect for a crab and a glass of wine. Nearby beaches at North & South Landing, The Lighthouse and Dane's Dyke all have wonderful cliff top walks. Don't forget to visit Filey and Scarborough as well as the bird sanctuary at Bempton.

A beautiful house that is well cared for. It was very clean and had all the essentials to get started, even tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. An added bonus was a downstairs toilet in the utility room. A lovely garden that our labrador enjoyed exploring. Fantastic area too, with lots to explore.

A lovely private, spacious cottage, very well- equipped. It is in an ideal location with walks from the front door, a bus stop on the corner, and an easy walk to the village. Would highly recommend.
