Catia è stata un host molto presente nonostante il check-in automatico. La casa è molto pulita e ci ha lasciato sul tavolo patatine e in frigo bitter per aperitivo: gesto molto carino e apprezzato. Il Check-in automatico è stato molto semplice grazie alle indicazioni di Catia. Il punto forte della casa è stato per noi il parcheggio interno.

Sem dúvidas o Andrea é um anfitrião incrível, muito prestativo e preocupado com o bem estar dos hóspedes. Quando chegamos ele estava na porta para nos recepcionar, deu todas as intrusões da casa, nos recepcionou com água fresca e café. O melhor de tudo, ele tem o próprio motorista para o translado ao aeroporto, muito bom para quem precisa chegar no aeroporto de madrugada. O apartamento é muito limpo e bem mobiliado, com todos os utensílios necessários para quem gosta de fazer sua própria comida. A localização é de fácil acesso, tem tudo ao redor, fica em frente ao Porto dos barcos com uma vista maravilhosa, com muitos bares e restaurantes, ótimo para uma caminhada e com uma vista linda do pôr do sol, a praia fica uns 7 minutos a pé. Fiquei muito satisfeita com minha hospedagem e super recomendo.

Patrizia and her husband were so kind. They have a lovely dog that was very friendly and my son loved to play with him. She showed us where to go to eat which was really nice. We were coming off of a cruise and spent the night to go to the airport in the morning it is very close to the airport about €35. Check Uber I found that it was cheaper. I would definitely stay again I felt like I was coming home only thing missing was a great Italian Sunday dinner ;) Only one small issue that future guest need to be aware. They need to collect a tax per person at €4.50 per person. Airbnb does not collect this and for some reason it was not on their listing. No biggy and it does not reflect my experience with the host or the place just wanted to give future guests a heads up to know that this will be collected upon arrival.

This place was amazing and the pictures did not do it justice. I was actually blown away when I got there at how beautiful it was. I also want to shout out the host who did an amazing job of making sure we knew everything we needed for check in and even helped us with local recommendations. The host was so sweet and we felt so supported. I can not recommend this Airbnb enough literally the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Please stay you will not regret it.

Located close to the airport and walking distance to eating places. Can also walk to beach and has a nice little coastal town. Aurora was responsive and very helpful. Check in was a breeze and helped us with shuttles to the airport. Place was very spacious, clean and was well stocked.

Eine tadellose Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, neuwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer. Sehr guter Kontakt zu David dem Gastgeber, er hat immer zügig geantwortet und war hilfsbereit. Bisher habe ich selten so eine schöne Unterkunft und so einen guten Kontakt in der Kombi erlebt. David danke und weiter so!

Emilia is a lovely person, and an excellent host!!! We arrived in Rome earlier than check-in, and after messaging Emilia for tips on the best way to get to the apartment from Termini train station, Emilia was kind enough to allow us to enter the apartment early -- she even met us there personally, and made sure everything was in order for our overnight stay. The apartment is modern, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. Emilia's attention to detail is second to none, one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed in! The neighbourhood is quaint and quiet, with several restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Emilia's place!
