L’appartamento ha un’impareggiabile vista lago su Bellagio, con un magnifico terrazzo in cui cenare, pranzare, rilassarsi. Dalla casa si può scendere a piedi al lago con un piacevole sentiero, in 15 minuti si raggiunge il pittoresco borgo di Fiumelatte e qualche spiaggetta. Nei pressi non ci sono negozi, è consigliato alloggiare qui SE SIETE MUNITI DI UN'AUTO.

We had a really nice and peaceful stay. The host was always responsive and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was beautiful and what we were looking for, however the public transport to get into the city, was so expensive. We knew that uber wasn’t a thing in Italy and would also add up cost, and the host gave us some taxi recommendations. But, to take a taxi 1.6 km to the city was so expensive and added up quickly. So I recommend planning your days out so you’re only leaving in the morning and coming back at night, it’s too much to come back and forth. Other than the public transport this was a great stay and I would recommend staying here!

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit dem wahrscheinlich besten Seeblick! Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und auf der Terrasse kann man wunderschön den Tag beginnen oder den Abend ausklingen lassen! Die Gastgeber sind super nett und auch immer schnell erreichbar! Zu Fuß ist es ein Stück bis nach Varenna, aber in der Nähe ist ein Restaurant und man kann Taxi fahren.
