Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fiume Versilia

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Posto tranquillo e rilassante, perfetto per una rigenerazione. In quei luoghi si torna indietro nel tempo a quando eravamo piccoli, il tempo rallenta ed é piacevole apprezzare stupendi panorami e le architetture del paese. La casa é ben tenuta, pulita e carina e la signora Claudia molto disponibile. Torneremo.

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Hier ist die überarbeitete Version mit dem Zusatz zur Umgebung und dem Wunsch, wiederzukommen: ⸻ Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend und ist perfekt, um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert – alles hat super geklappt. Das Highlight ist der große, sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen – ein richtig schönes, grünes Paradies. Der Pool macht das Ganze noch besser. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Babys in der schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, der Garten wunderschön und großzügig, der Blick sagenhaft und die Ruhe ein Genuss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr schnell und hilfreich - auch bezüglich Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank!

Due giorni di relax e pace. Posto bellissimo. Casa attrezzata di tutto . Appartamento piccola ma allo stesso tempo,spaziosa. Il letto comodissimo. Zona bellissima x fare delle camminate. Ovviamente x arrivare al mare ci vuole la macchina. L’unica pecca, se una ha la macchina grossa è che non si riesce ad arrivare direttamente davanti alla casa perché la strada è stretta . Ma questo è stato comunicato in anticipo. Non abbiamo avuto problema. Grazie mille Maria Victoria x tutto. Torneremo sicuramente. Un saluto anche a Shaggy , il cane di casa. Simpaticissimo.😍

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Es war eine tolle schöne Erfahrung und wenn wir wieder nach Lucca reisen würden. Dann wüsste wir sofort wo wir was buchen.

Excellent logement a proximité de tout a pied. La gare est à moins de 5 mn. idéal pour les visites de villages. Fabio a pris beaucoup de temps pour nous donner les conseils afin de découvrir la région

Heerlijke accommodatie met fantastisch uitzicht. Elias en Egle hebben ons goed geholpen met nuttige tips in de omgeving. Ook kwamen ze ons ophalen bij aankomst zodat wij achter ze aan konden rijden en we direct goed zouden rijden, erg gewaardeerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

Top locatie, met prima voorzieningen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een dikke plus voor de privé kookles! Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken.

Erg mooi appartement , leuk ingericht met een heel groot terras met jacuzzi en mogelijkheid om in schaduw te zitten. Heerlijk om af te koelen na dagtochtjes. Was er heerlijk vertoeven. Bakker, groentewinkels en paar kleine supermarkten in de buurt en oude centrum van Lucca op Loopafstand. Fijne douche en goed bed. Prima airconditioning. Gratis parkeren op paar honderd meter afstand en voor de deur ook mogelijk tegen kosten.

Un apartamento muy bonito, con unas vistas preciosas y Monia y Francesca fueron muy amables con nosotros. Muy recomendado!

Wir haben unsere 4 Wochen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen ruhigen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Der Außen- und Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Sollten im zweiten Appartement Gäste sein, kann man sich dennoch sehr gut zurück ziehen und die Stille genießen. Für Kinder gibt es genügend Spielgeräte die mit genutzt werden können. Der Aufenthalt bei Alessandro und Diego war sehr schön. Es war alles sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet (auch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc.), im Bad gab es Shampoo und Duschgel, generell viel Platzangebot,…. Zur Lage: zu Fuß kann man eher nicht viel erreichen, das stört uns aber nicht, da wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Supermarkt ist ca 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt, der nächste Strand ca 15-20 min, … Es ist zu erwähnen, dass von 11 Nächten 2-3 Abende (20-23 Uhr vielleicht) Militärübungen auf dem nahegelegenen millitärgelände gemacht worden sind, was schon sehr laut war (Hubschrauber). Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Ringsum sieht man zahlreiche Hügel, im Garten kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen und durch den tollen Grill und Backofen draußen richtig toll kochen / grillen. We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

We stayed at La Macina Farmhouse for ten nights in October 2024. The photos do not not truly capture how special this 16th century villa is, it is magical. There were days we did not leave the villa as it had everything we could want or need and was such a nice retreat from the cities we visited in the surrounding region. It is perfectly located in the hills above Lucca, day trips to Firenze, Sienna, Pisa, Carrara, Forte di Marmi and Parma are easy to drive to for daily adventures. The restaurants in the surrounding hills were incredible with great menus at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this property and Lucca Apartments & Villas for their exceptional service.

The house was exceptionally clean and located in a great area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. I highly recommend staying here if it’s available, and I would definitely return if I get the chance.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe von Freunden dort und hatten einen super schönen Urlaub! Der Gastgeber Juri war sehr freundlich und hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet. Das Haus war groß und bestens ausgestattet. Im Haupthaus und im kleineren Haus am Pool gab es jeweils eine Küche. Man kann auf der Terrasse sehr schön mit allen zusammen essen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man knappe 10min, nach Lucca ins Stadtzentrum 15min und ca. 30min nach Pisa. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Vor Ort ist es ruhig und wir hatten keine direkten Nachbarn.
