In-Law Suite in the Beating Heart of Fishtown

Sit back on the Montauk sofa to watch Netflix and HBO Go on the Smart TV. There's also a Sonos sound system for crystal-clear audio. In the bedroom, an Ecobee thermostat and bed with Casper mattress and down pillows ensure comfort at all times. We just finished fully renovating our 100 year old row home and created a beautiful in-law/guest suite on the ground floor that is perfect for a quick weekend trip to the city, or a month long stay. The house is located a couple of blocks from various critically acclaimed restaurants, bars and shops in the heart of Fishtown. Master suite has a Casper® mattress and down pillows. There is also plenty of space for you to unpack. The living room has a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, electronic water heater, French press and Tea pot. (Please note, there is no stove top) The Smart TV comes with access to Netflix and HBO go + Apple TV® The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Upon request a high chair and pack and play are available as well as toys for kids. For full disclosure we live above the unit with two kids (2 and 6). From time to time you will hear light steps. The in-law suite has a separate entrance and can be completely closed off from the rest of the house. We are available via text or chat throughout your stay and will great you upon arrival. The house is 3 blocks away from one of Fishtown's most happening streets, full of hip restaurants, fashion boutiques, and trendy bars, plus the train to downtown. Recommendations include the flagship La Colombe, Cheu Noodle, Suraya and Weckerly's. The Girard stop on the El is a 5 min. walk from the house. That train will get you downtown in 5-10 mins. Uber/Lyft are also readily available in our neighborhood and we use them all the time. If it's a pretty day and you enjoy a walk, we are a little less than 2 miles from Old City. You can either walk along the Deleware River or through the heart of Northern Liberties. If you come with a car, street parking is available.

Welcome to Our Home a Fishtown Area! Relax and enjoy Our modern home, comfortable to stay, and very close to Center City of Philadelphia. This home is situated at very close to coffee shops, restaurants, food shopping, and the most important it that, it has free parking. The house has 1 bedroom with queen bed, 2 full bathroom, full basement, sofa who could sleep one person, and full kitchen. It is in first floor with all modern amenities, and you can use entire house. My pleasurer to host you!

Our 1862 victorian rowhome located in the heart of Fishtown was restored with the utmost intention of preserving our neighborhood's rich architectural history. From building our staircases out of a local factory's old heart pine beams, to salvaging early 1900s french doors - we wanted our home to tell a story. We really loved our stay at Eric's bnb. The place was easy to find and in a safe/quiet neighborhood. The private garage was amazing to not have to worry about finding parking after a day in a busy city. Eric was very responsive and understanding to any questions we had, normally responding within minutes or less. The listing had tons of room to spread out and a great vibe to hang out in. Everything was clean and as described. We'd absolutely return to this bnb if we were in the area again.

Vanessa’s place was cute, clean and comfy. She’s very responsive and polite. The area is very convenient with many, stores and even a very good Italian restaurant around the corner. It’s very close to Lincoln financial field, victory brewery and the famous rocky statue. Overall our stay was pleasant and would recommend.

We stayed for the roots picnic and the host were very very proactive. We didn’t communicate much but all the instructions were precise and clear. The balcony was great, the bed was comfy and there was ample street parking. I definitely would stay again if I’m ever in the Philly area again!
