“A beautiful house with everything you could need. The house was sparkling clean, in a great location just 10-15 minutes walk from the small beach. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather during our trip but we made use of the beautifully minimal interior design with some portrait photography! The front room is great! We instantly felt at home. The little touches were great ( thanks for the welsh cakes!) and although we didn’t meet the host, the communication was brilliant and we seemed well taken care of. There’s a nice little garden to relax in too. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area I highly recommended this listing. Great house, great host.”
The Stable is a recently converted barn in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with great views of the sea and fields. It is a good place for couples, solo adventurers, hikers, bird watchers, seal spotters and stargazers who are looking for peace and tranquillity. The spectacular coastal path is a short walk away. The stable is eco-friendly and comfortable with underfloor heating, modern media facilities and a bathroom that has received much praise from our guests.
“We had a such a wonderful few days here, it was just before the world was turned upside down with the Covid-19 outbreak and we couldn’t have asked for a better piece of calm before the storm. The stable is a gorgeous space, the perfect spot to relax and the views are even better than the photos. Florence was a great host, really easy to get hold of and made sure we had everything we needed but also left us to enjoy our break without interruption. Would not hesitate to recommend and can’t wait to go back.”
This is a self contained cottage which is an extension to a barn conversion. It is located on a working farm with stunning views and access to 70 acres of private woodland as well as many footpaths and a village pub 5 minute walk away. The coastal towns of Fishguard and Newport are within 5 miles of the village. The cottage itself has one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room and a bathroom. It has underfloor heating throughout and a log burner in the sitting room.
“Lovely Lavender cottage! A rural cottage attached to a farm which provides a great relaxing getaway. It’s great for self catering with everything you need. Although the mobile phone connection is patchy there is wifi available. There’s a local pub down the hill although a steep stagger on return. A great place to stay when visiting Pembrokeshire and the coast. Highly recommended!”
