A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

Stayed there for 8 days, one of the best family holidays that I had. We were 7 people and everyone enjoyed the house, location and the views. Very peaceful and beautiful area, ideal for lazy beach holiday. It has its own beach and to be honest way better than most public beaches in the area, so you don’t have to try and spend money there. Water in the sea is super clean and average temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The pool is clean as well, very enjoyable to swim, around 28-30 degrees Celsius, my toddler son enjoyed it too. Serkan is very nice and responsive host, that answered my questions and requests within minutes. The attention to detail, books collections, dvd collections and cozy furniture made it feel like we were in our own summer house; the vibe was amazing. Would go there again sometime in future 100%.

Great place to stay with the family. Scenic, Mountain View, stone house and the pool. Loved it! They send a guide for the town, however not all the things said are matching to this house. I think it is a standard guide they send to everyone using their other premises. Would be good if it is updated according to the property like the distance to the sea etc

Our Airbnb stay at Osman's villa, with five close friends was absolutely delightful. The villa itself was a haven of comfort and style, offering us a spacious retreat with all the amenities we could have asked for. We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

The house has a lot of charm, it's tastefully decorated. The unit is very well described and has all the accessories that are described. We enjoyed the terrace a lot but the interior is very spacious. The hosts are very friendly, accessible, they have always answered any questions we may have had. The environment is very quiet, in addition, the temperature is more pleasant in summer than in downtown Kas. If we come back to Kas we will take over this accommodation without hesitation!! First of all, the communication we had with Mr. Mert was very healthy and fast. The house had everything written. Everything was very tidy and clean ( which we would also like to thank you for.). The house really met our requests very much. It was quiet in terms of location. Mr. Mert already contacted on a daily basis and asked if we had any needs, shortcomings and requests. In short, we had a great holiday with our friends, but I can also say that it is a place where I can bring my family with peace of mind.

Everything was good, clean and the house is with wonderful view! Also the owner was helpful with our needs.

A wonderful place in the middle of the Orange Garden, I will definitely come again. The hot pool in the garden and the jacuzzi outside were great. Thanks for everything, just like in the pictures, nothing missing or extra.

We had an amazing stay at Mert’s villa in Kaş, Antalya! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The beds were super comfortable, and every detail in the villa made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was the location , it’s just a couple of minutes away from the center of Kaş, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the town, restaurants, and the beautiful coastline. Mert was also a great host, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place,we’d definitely love to come back!

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

Nurşah was a great host even though we caused a bit of trouble for him as a group of 6 boys but I still appreciate his patience and communication and the place was very wonderful

We liked the villa we stayed. It was nice, clean, and everything you need for comfortable cooking and living.

The house was very nice and comfortable. Everything was thought of, there was nothing missing. It's a place where you can spend time comfortably. It was especially enjoyable to spend time in the garden and by the pool. The host, Mr. Murat, was also very interested. The view looked better in the photos, but it was a little blocked due to the new houses built in front of it. Apart from that, it is a nice option for a holiday in Kaş.

Mr. Mehmet and his wife were very interested and gave us local information about what to do, demre is ideal for those who want clean sea and calm bays. The bungalow where we stay can swim in the sea up to 50 m to the sea, you can go to the nearby bays. The bungalow is very cute and very clean, thank you for these sensitivities.

Fantastic host couldnt ask for more with how polite and helpful Erol was, lovely villa beautiful inside and outside, lovely pool and dining areas! We had a wonderful time and i would defo go back again!!

My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, there are many bedrooms, everything is tidy, clean, everything we needed was there. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

We spent two weeks at Hasan's villa and had an unforgettable time. The pictures are realistic and the villa is incredibly beautifully furnished. Hasan and his wife are warm and very helpful people. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to them. I would gladly recommend this accommodation and I would book it again myself. A quick tip: either come by car or rent one there, because the house is a little far from the city. But it's perfect for peace and quiet.

It is a family business that I can definitely recommend, run by a young entrepreneur brother and his wife, who is as kind as he is. An ideal choice for camping and picnic enthusiasts. If you specify your special requests in advance, they will help you as much as they can, and they will answer your questions before you know it. The price is a good place for performance. We went with two families to relax in a quiet environment as a family, probably the only noise in the neighborhood was our little ones. Before you go, I suggest you stop by a Migros-style market in the center of Demre to get all your needs. You don't have to take ready-made water and load it yourself, the fountain water was very soft.

Hello, the location of the house is very nice, close to the sea, grocery stores, shopping center, restaurants, within walking distance, you can easily stay like your own home

We stayed at Burak's beautiful stone house for 1 week and really enjoyed the peaceful private property. Burak himself is a great and very friendly host in all aspects. He is very helpful and you can ask him anything at any time, and he will help quickly. The property itself was a bit hard to find, but after calling Burak he came with his scooter to guide us. The house was very clean, with a large kitchen and living area at the ground floor and the two bedrooms (each having a bathroom) upstairs. Because its very hot in summer it's very nice to have air conditioning in every room. The pool outside is very clean and Burak maintaining it very well. You definitely need a car or motorbike because Gürses is situated in the mountains above Demre, and you need to drive around 10-15min. to go there, to have fun at the nice beaches, visiting ancient Myra or for buying food at the supermarkets. There is also a market hall where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and fish. Thanks a lot Burak :)
