Our villa is located in Demre district of Antalya. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 3 bathrooms. There is a pool and a double jacuzzi in the 7.60x3.20 area. Amenities such as barbeque, patio, outdoor area dining table, music system, okey and backgammon sets, pilates ball and exercise band are provided. …OUR VILLA is SURROUNDED BY “OPEN AND CLOSE CURTAINS and the POOLSIDE and VILLA INSIDE ARE NOT VISIBLE … 3 km to the sea, 10 km to Üçağız and Kekova and 35 km to Kaş.

Beach front villa for 8 people! !

we are waiting for all guests in our beachside house for a peaceful and real holiday. You can swim in the pool with your loved ones and light your barbecue, play your children in the amusement park and swim in the sea you can catch a peaceful sightseeing experience on the 10 km bike path on the coastline with our two separate parents bikes, and we hope you have a very economical and enjoyable holiday in our house, where we can host 8 people.

Villa Green Sea 1

The house is quiet on the heights of the city. The view is beautiful in the morning for sunrise and in the evening with the city lights. The house is made on 3 levels (ground floor living room and toilet, 1st 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with toilet and on the last one bedroom with toilet and shower room). The house is very comfortable. as far as the exteriors are very good too, only be careful the tiles around the pool is very slippery when wet!

Suat and Mehtap were very kind and gracious hosts. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They responded immediately if I had any questions or issues. The place is cute and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I loved sitting on the patio surrounded by their beautiful garden. I also felt very safe there.

I loved visiting Finike, a place with beaches and lots of tranquility to be able to rest, relax and do sightseeing. The house is beautiful, the apartment is very comfortable, everything new and very clean, I felt like in my house. Hasan is a good host and gave me all the directions both for the location and recommendations of places to know. Beaches nearby, and restaurants with typical quality and very good food at prices, the beach is behind home and you have a boardwalk for bike rides or walking. Quiet area, highly recommended, I definitely have to go back and I plan to repeat experience. Thank you for everything!!!

Ms. Filiz was very kind. It was very helpful in every sense. The house is as in the photos. There is also a sweet garden entrance. If you have a car, it is close to everywhere. You can go to Taşdibi beach in 8 minutes by car. It is 10 minutes to the port where you will go for a boat tour. You wake up with the sound of a rooster in the morning. If you are expecting a peaceful and calm holiday due to what you expect from vacation, it is a nice place. It is a great experience for families

Yasin has a beautiful villa, clean, spacious and totally private. Really had great stay no complaints how ever access to this villa should be done with rent a car. Not recommended for taxi.

We absolutely fell in love with this space. We ended up extending an extra day because of the fact we were so relaxed. We love the town Demere and feel it is outside of the tourist hub yet close enough to surrounding cities if we want to get a more city feel. Our hosts were thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely choose this space again for our Antalya vacations.
