Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Finike

We stayed in the very beautiful studio in the hills above Kaş. The views were amazing and it was very peaceful at the farm. Yucel was very helpful and gave us lots of local recommendations. During our week here we chose to chill by the beach most days and cook our own meals at home because we had everything we needed for that there. We took a day trip to Meis Island and ate at a restaurant on the way back to Antalya that were both recommended from Yucel and very good, thank you! We have now stayed in Istanbul, Cappadocia and Kas, and our stay at Yucel’s place was by far the best! Thank you for having us and we would recommend it to everyone visiting Kas with a car!

If you’re looking for a Pvt place with good views and peace, you can find it here as you chill and grill by the pool - away from the city but still within close reach. Do rent a car if you’re visiting as the host will suggest as well.

Özel plaj ve havuz sayesinde muhteşem 1 hafta geçirdik. 8 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği müthiş bir ev. Temiz ve konforluydu. Kaş merkezine 10 dakikalık mesafede, lokasyonu çok iyiydi. Hızlı iletişim için Hasan Bey ve Timuçin Bey’e teşekkür ederim.

Eine komplette Ruheoase. Man ist vom Alltagsstress und von nervigen Menschen komplett geschont. Man ist lückenlos Privat. Falls sogar einheimischer vorbei fahren/gehen, können sie trotzdem nichts sehen. Das Haus und die Umgebung ist einfach ein Traum. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen für die die gerne ihre Privatsphäre schützen möchten und etwas die Natur lieben. Man könnte die Küchenutensilien etwas erweitern aber man kann trotz dessen super Kochen. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, ich wünschte wir könnten länger bleiben können. Herr Tarkan war sehr Hilfsbereit und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Pool war total sauber und wunderschön. Lange rede kurzer Sinn, ich empfehle es absolut weiter.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Osman's place. There's a lot to visit around, within 20-30 mins by car. The nearest beach is 10 mins ride away. The big MM Migros is just 5 mins ride away, in the centre of Kumluca. The villa is very big, surrounded by beautiful orange trees, very private and relaxing. Definitely a 5-star recommendation!

İlyas Bey is a wonderful host — his place is in the best part of Kas with the most marvelous view! İlyas was highly responsive, friendly and a magnificent host with lovely recommendations. The stay was great and made our Kas vacation perfect. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend that you stay at İlyas Bey’s home. Incredible!

Stayed there for 8 days, one of the best family holidays that I had. We were 7 people and everyone enjoyed the house, location and the views. Very peaceful and beautiful area, ideal for lazy beach holiday. It has its own beach and to be honest way better than most public beaches in the area, so you don’t have to try and spend money there. Water in the sea is super clean and average temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The pool is clean as well, very enjoyable to swim, around 28-30 degrees Celsius, my toddler son enjoyed it too. Serkan is very nice and responsive host, that answered my questions and requests within minutes. The attention to detail, books collections, dvd collections and cozy furniture made it feel like we were in our own summer house; the vibe was amazing. Would go there again sometime in future 100%.

We loved staying here! Waking up and having a view of the ocean was absolutely wonderful. The location is a bit outside of town, much quieter which was exactly what we were looking for. However so easy to drive into town for dinner and convenient to various beaches and sites. We accidentally left a few belongings and Mehmet has gone out of his way to help return them to us. Highly recommend staying at Mehmets!!!

Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Meltem’s place for two weeks and would definitely recommend! The location is great, as it’s close to town and whether you have a car or not you won’t have issues as there’s also a dolmuş (bus) stop close by. The view is lovely, and being a bit higher up means you get some mountain breeze! The apartment itself was also lovely, and clean! We had most things we’d need but as we were staying a little longer there was the odd thing missing - but Meltem was very helpful and would immediately bring anything extra we asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Kaş and would love to stay here again! Thank you to Meltem and her husband for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Kas en famille avec mon garçon de 2 ans. Le logement de Safiye et d’Apo a été un coup de cœur instantané. Kas est un lieu exceptionnel pour visiter les environs de la côte Lycienne et nous planifions y retourner dans les prochaines années en espérant pouvoir séjourner à nouveau dans ce logement. La vue panoramique de la terrasse et de la piscine est spectaculaire. Les installations sont impeccables de même que la propreté. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Les hôtes sont très réactifs dans les communications et avenants. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Merci à Apo et Safiye de rendre accessible leur magnifique demeure!!

It was a pleasure staying at Sefa's place. Sefa was super helpful and answered all our questions. The place was super clean and just as shown in the pictures. Walkable distance to few nice restaurants and grocery stores. Also a great view from the balcony. We'll definitely stay here when we are Kas again.

Ich reise nun seit 6 Monaten, diese Unterkunft war einer meiner Besten. Sauber, gemütlich, stilvoll und einladend. Die Einrichtung war gemütlich und von hoher Qualität. Ich wurde sehe herzlich willkommen geheißen. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen schönen Ausblick. Der Parkplatz ist überdacht, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine wirklich voll ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt in der Nähe einen Supermarkt, wo man alles bekommt, was man braucht. Kas erreicht man in weniger als 10 min Fahrt. zim nächsten Strand sind es 5 min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation war super! Es wurde bei allem sofort geholfen. Vielen vielen Dank!!!!

Nesrin Hanım, konaklamamızdan önceki sorularımızı çok hızlı yanıtladı. Konaklamamızda bizleri bizzat karşılayarak evi teslim ettiler. Evde bizi karşılamak için meyve ve ikramlıklar bulundurmaları çok hoş bir sürprizdi. Ev girdiğimizde temizlik kokuyordu ve her yer tertemizdi. Mutfakta her türlü araç ve gereç ayrıca temel malzemeler mevcuttu. Konumu harikaydı ve merkezi konumu sebebi ile yüksek müzik sesi geç saatlere kadar mevcuttu. Konaklamamızı daha rahat geçirebilmemiz için eve kulak tıpası bırakmaları çok nazik ve ince bir düşünce olmuş. Eşim ile birlikte harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Me encantó visitar Finike, un lugar con playas y mucha tranquilidad para poder descansar, relajarte y hacer turismo. La casa es preciosa, el departamento muy cómodo, todo nuevo y muy limpio, me he sentido cómo en mi casa. Hasan es un buen anfitrion y me dió todas las indicaciones tanto para la ubicación como recomendaciones de los lugares para conocer. Playas cerca, y restaurantes con comida típica de calidad y muy bien de precios, la playa está detrás de casa y tienes un paseo marítimo para dar paseos en bicicleta o caminar. Zona tranquila, muy recomendable, sin duda he de volver y pienso repetir experiencia. gracias x todo!!!

Lokasyon olarak güzeldi, otopark sıkıntı yoktu, marketler yürüme mesafesinde, mutfak aletleri hepsi tamdı. Ev düzenli, temiz ve huzurluydu. Eşim ve 8 aylık kızımla konakladık çok keyif aldık güzel anılar birikti diyebilirim o evde. Kaldığımız sürede mutfak tüpümüz bitti ancak bayram olmasına rağmen Bora bey hızlıca aksiyon aldı. Bu konu bizim için önemliydi çünkü kızıma sürekli ek gıdada hazırlamalıydım o yüzden çok çok teşekkür ederim. Eve su almamıza bile gerek yoktu damacanaya kadar düşünmüştü. Teşekkürler ederiz keyifli bir deneyim yaşattığınız için. 🙏🏻

Thank you so much Anna and Ismet for this wonderful place! An apartment is so comfy, stylish, clean and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily and would recommend it to anyone!

We had a lovely stay at Ruby’s apartment. Only a 4 minute walk to the beach, and a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants (Ruby gave us some great food recommendations). The apartment was clean, cool (in temperature) and well equipped if you want to do some basic cooking - gas stove, good oven. We made breakfast and some simple dinners (as the supermarkets don’t stock much produce). The shower is very good, bed is comfortable, and the small outside patio area is lovely for eating, hanging out, playing cards, reading, etc. Ruby and the lovely employees were very responsive to any questions we had and Ruby kindly organised us an airport transfer as we had to depart early in the morning. We had a lovely time and would definitely return.
