La maison est au calme dans les hauteurs de la ville. La vue est belle le matin pour le levé de soleil et le soir avec les lumières de la ville. La maison est faite sur 3 niveaux (rdc pièces de vie et WC, 1er 2 chambres et 2 salles d eau avec wc et au dernier une chambre avec WC et salle d'eau). la maison est très confortable. en ce qui concerne concerne les extérieurs ilssont très bien aussi, seulement faites attention le carrelage autour de la piscine est très glissant quand il est mouillé!

Konaklama yaptığımız bungalow denize 50 m kadar orada da denize girilebilir yakındaki koylarada gidilebilir . Bungalow çok şirin döşenmiş ve çok temiz teşekkür ediyoruz bu hassasiyetleri için .

Жильё новое, очень комфортно для двух человек. Хозяин старался во всем помочь. Идеально, если есть автомобиль, но и пешком можно в центр пройтись. Я рекомендую

Rezzan's place was exceptionally cozy and quiet. We checked in late and she was there to meet us and make certain we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Such a peaceful place to wake up and breakfast was fresh and delicious! Wonderful stay!!!

We stayed at Burak's beautiful stone house for 1 week and really enjoyed the peaceful private property. Burak himself is a great and very friendly host in all aspects. He is very helpful and you can ask him anything at any time, and he will help quickly. The property itself was a bit hard to find, but after calling Burak he came with his scooter to guide us. The house was very clean, with a large kitchen and living area at the ground floor and the two bedrooms (each having a bathroom) upstairs. Because its very hot in summer it's very nice to have air conditioning in every room. The pool outside is very clean and Burak maintaining it very well. You definitely need a car or motorbike because Gürses is situated in the mountains above Demre, and you need to drive around 10-15min. to go there, to have fun at the nice beaches, visiting ancient Myra or for buying food at the supermarkets. There is also a market hall where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and fish. Thanks a lot Burak :)

Uyandığınızda zeytin yaprakları arasından sizi karşıdaki heybetli dağlar selamlıyor. İşletmeci kerim bey ve ailesinin misafirperverliğini dostluğa çevirip mutlu bir şekilde ayrıldık.

Amazing place in a beautiful location. Super relaxed and helpful host

Öncelikle beklentimin çok çok üstündeydi. Tam ailecek gidilebilecek bi ev. Kocaman bahçesi olan tertemiz bi evle karşılaştık. Ayrıca önceden düşünülmüş buzdolabında soda ve sular konulmuştu. İkram olarak meyve içinde ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Fotoğrafta görülen evin bire bir aynısıydı. Tekrardan kemer tarafına gelirsem kesinlikle burayı tercih ederim.

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and the interior was so stylish—it felt cozy and modern at the same time. Even though up to five families can stay here, it was peaceful and quiet, especially by the pool. And the mountain views were incredible—we couldn’t get enough of them! The beach was just a 10-minute walk away, which was super convenient. The kitchen had all the essentials (pots, pans, appliances), but don’t forget to bring your own spices, tea, coffee, and cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods..). The host was really kind and attentive—they made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely come back and would totally recommend this place! 😊

Kaş merkezde, içinde bizce gerekli her şeyin olduğu, temiz ve güzel bir pansiyondu. Özellikle konumu, tatili çok keyifli kılacak şekilde hem merkeze hem antik tiyatroya yakın ve aynı zamanda da sakin. - Tesiste otopark alanı var ama yoğunluk olunca dolabiliyor. Biz yine de 100-200 mt yakında rahat yer bulduk bayram dahil. - internet iyiydi ancak biz uzaktan çalıştığımız için ara ara toplantılarda tekledi. Yine de çevrede de bir sürü buna uygun cafe olduğu için bize hiç sorun olmadı. - Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Ama her öğün odada hazırlamak isterseniz yetersiz gelebilir. Yine bizim gibi sadece kahvaltı ve atıştırmalık için kullananlara ideal donanım mevcut. - hijyen çok iyiydi. Klima da düzgün çalışıyor. Çamaşır makinesini de aynı şekilde sorunsuz kullandık. - Ev sahibimiz iletişimde hem yeterli ilgide hem de hızlıydı. Yeniden gelip kalmak isteriz. Çok keyifli bir deneyimdi.

We loved staying here! Waking up and having a view of the ocean was absolutely wonderful. The location is a bit outside of town, much quieter which was exactly what we were looking for. However so easy to drive into town for dinner and convenient to various beaches and sites. We accidentally left a few belongings and Mehmet has gone out of his way to help return them to us. Highly recommend staying at Mehmets!!!

Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Kas en famille avec mon garçon de 2 ans. Le logement de Safiye et d’Apo a été un coup de cœur instantané. Kas est un lieu exceptionnel pour visiter les environs de la côte Lycienne et nous planifions y retourner dans les prochaines années en espérant pouvoir séjourner à nouveau dans ce logement. La vue panoramique de la terrasse et de la piscine est spectaculaire. Les installations sont impeccables de même que la propreté. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Les hôtes sont très réactifs dans les communications et avenants. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Merci à Apo et Safiye de rendre accessible leur magnifique demeure!!

le logement de Lars est bien placé. A la fois calme et proche du centre. l'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien (sauf peut-être un ou deux torchons de cuisine supplementaires). il est décoré avec goût, la literie est très bonne. Tout est très bien expliqué, les restaurants à proximité et toutes les activités à faire à Kaş et autours... je recommande, à 6 nous étions bien. de plus, la vue est très sympa. Merci !

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

Our family had an amazing stay from start to finish! Ahmet and Marie great - responsive and super helpful throughout the stay. The home has STUNNING views over Kas, it is large, clean and very comfortable - and we also appreciated the fresh food supplies waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. It was well-equipped for cooking at home. Parking was easy and the hill, though daunting, was very easy to work around with some parking part way down the hill or with a quick taxi ride back up after walking down. We would highly recommend the place to stay to anyone coming to Kas!

Nesrin Hanım, konaklamamızdan önceki sorularımızı çok hızlı yanıtladı. Konaklamamızda bizleri bizzat karşılayarak evi teslim ettiler. Evde bizi karşılamak için meyve ve ikramlıklar bulundurmaları çok hoş bir sürprizdi. Ev girdiğimizde temizlik kokuyordu ve her yer tertemizdi. Mutfakta her türlü araç ve gereç ayrıca temel malzemeler mevcuttu. Konumu harikaydı ve merkezi konumu sebebi ile yüksek müzik sesi geç saatlere kadar mevcuttu. Konaklamamızı daha rahat geçirebilmemiz için eve kulak tıpası bırakmaları çok nazik ve ince bir düşünce olmuş. Eşim ile birlikte harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
