The house is amazing, with nature all around. You can shower outdoors while listening to the creek or have a bathtub and relax to the sound of the rain in the forest.  The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook delicious meals.  I loved the layout, so everybody can hang out while you’re cooking. The beds were comfortable and the AC great. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Absolutely loved our stay in Pilon! The location is stunning—tucked peacefully in the jungle yet still close to everything we needed. Mornings on the patio were pure magic, with the sounds of nature all around and just the right breeze. The pool was a dream after long beach days—clean, refreshing, and surrounded by lush greenery. The space was comfortable and serene, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. We felt so well taken care of, and it made our experience even more special. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful jungle retreat with all the comforts!

Diese Unterkunft war die Schönste, die wir jemals hatten. Wir sind Mitte 40 und reisen extrem viel in alle Ecken der Welt. Die Villa liegt am Hang mit Blick auf den Pazifik, umringt von hohen Bäumen, Büschen, Blüten, wie ein kleiner Privatdschungel. Es kommen Tiere vorbei. Wir sahen einen Brüllaffen, Aras, Tukane, Echsen. Wunderbar. Der Pool ist toll. Alles an dieser Unterkunft ist perfekt! Wir waren versteckt, privat, eingebettet in ein Paradies! Die Kommunikation mit Jess und ihrem Team ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir bekamen alle Informationen mundgerecht präsentiert, es wurden Buchungen nach unseren Wünschen vorgenommen, Wegbeschreibungen und Treffpunkte waren präzise. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Uvita ist ein süßer Ort, gemütlich und nicht so touristisch, alles ist schnell zu erreichen: Bäckerei, Supermarkt, zwei Nationalparks, unzählige Traumstrände und Wasserfälle. Trotzdem hat man in der Villa absolute Ruhe. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Danke Canavida!!!🙏👌

Amazing peaceful house surrounded by nature right in front of matapalo surf point. Very peaceful, lots of animals during the day and during the night. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are very nice.

Meine Freundin und ich haben die Unterkunft von Debbie geliebt! 🥰 Die Details und der Einrichtungsstil im Schlafzimmer haben uns sofort wie zuhause fühlen lassen. Alles wurde mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet und Debbie hat defintiv ein Auge für schöne Dinge ✨️ Das Bett ist extra groß und die Bettwäsche extrem weich und angenehm zum Schlafen. Es hat neben zwei Ventilatoren sogar eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Die Außenküche ist mit allem notwendige ausgestattet und das Kochen sowie Essen umgeben von vielen schönen Pflanzen hat uns super gut gefallen. Weitere Highlights waren für uns die Außendusche sowie der Salzwasserpool. Eine wahrlich romantische Unterkunft die nur wenige Gehminuten vom Marino Ballena Nationalpark entfernt ist. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir sogar noch zwei weitere Nächte dazu gebucht haben. Die Kommunikation mit Debbie war spitze. Debbie hat mit dieser Unterkunft eine tolle Oase erschaffen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank & pura vida! 🌺🌴🐚

This place offers great value for money. they accepted our reservation even if was for one night only and I really value that. We were warmly greeted by Ismelda with refreshing cold towels. She provided all the information we needed about the area and prepared an outstanding local breakfast for us. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. Overall, we loved our stay—but Ismelda and her kindness were truly the highlight.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to leave your car and take the boat to Drake Bay. It was easy to find and check in was a breeze. The beds were very comfortable and great AC. Sara and her husband were very helpful. We parked our car in the gated area on their property for several days while we were at Drake Bay for a small daily fee. They also took us to the boat in the morning and picked us up when we came back. It was pouring rain when we came back and Sara invited me into her home(her and her husband live next-door) to change out of my wet clothing and offered my husband and I some coffee. They are wonderful hosts, very warm and personable. They made our trip to Drake Bay stress-free. I can’t recommend her place enough and next time I come to Sierpe I will once again book her place.

This is an incredible location, really in the forest and a steep walk to get to but you feel alone and adventurous. There was a thriving community of paths and treehouses here once which is quickly being covered by the jungle and this adds to the mystique. the house itself is wonderfully light, spacious and comfortable. some of the other, older treehouses are really dark and deep in the forest . we will try to return
