This is one of the best places we have stayed. It was quiet. The rooms were really clean. The bed and pillows were the best. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Great location, walking distance from Walmart and places to eat. As pictured, you’re staying in what once was a motel. Nothing fancy but perfect for our trip and the price. We were traveling for a softball tournament and if it was on our schedule again next year we’d definitely stay here again.

Loved how the host checked up on how everything was going with my stay !!! Highly recommend

Great place worth it and clean

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay here. For what we paid, I expected a dumpy motel room. It was very clean and cozy, and the beds are comfortable. It's right across from Walmart and in short walking distance of a couple fast food restaurants. We visited for a softball tournament and were only 2 minutes from the fields. We would absolutely stay again next year.

Pleasantly surprised. Most people who come to Delta I would imagine come for work. I’ve been to Delta many times for a big environmental project. Let’s talk options. You could rent a room which many of my coworkers have tried. The experiences my coworkers tell me aren’t good from food being stolen to untrusting the other houseguests. These places are overcrowded, dirty, and at $40/night… overpriced! Option #2 - hotel staying. Hotel life is great if you have amenities like kitchen, cooking, laundry. Nothing in Delta has that and the local “bigger name” hotel is roughly 3K/month. Option #3 - Airbnb. This apartment gives privacy, quiet, a kitchen, an oven, bathroom and bedroom which you don’t have to share. Lol. Of course the other basics are there too. In final, I had no issues here. If you’re expecting the Taj Ma-hal in Delta, good luck. But if you need a place to go after work, enjoy your evening and want to cook instead of eat out… I’d say you can’t go wrong.

Very quiet place. The place is old but well cared for. It was just what we needed after living hectic schedules. Very beautiful surroundings.

Previously I wanted to go but I was suspicious because it said motel de Paso and I was going with my family. Now I went alone to visit my son and the truth is a very nice, quiet place, close to everything. Very comfortable beds. Respond super fast. All I recommend is that it improves cleanliness. Despite that, I'm sure to come back. Ephraim is spectacular!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Florine’s place. It was spacious and clean….very very clean! The house had all of the amenities one would need. Definitely a great place to rest after a long journey.

From check-in to my early check-out Paul and Dora were very responsive and helpful through every issue I had including removing a refrigerator that stopped working during my 2 month leave for surgery. This place does need some extra touches to be a value for the cost but with how close it was to the site I was working at it was the cheapest, stand alone, living unit I could find in a 30 mile radius. I can't say enough about how nice and helpful Paul and Dora were and even though I didn't give 5 stars across the board THEY are 5 Star hosts.

Awesome location within sight of one of the lift chairs and short walk to the lodge. John was a great host and very responsive. The condo could use some updated furniture and some of the beds in the loft were uncomfortable. Overall a great stay!

We enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean and easy to access with plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was super nice. We had fun playing the games that were there and walked to the nearby bowling alley for a fun family night.

Modern Apartment, clutter Free- Very clean. I stayed 3 nights with my Family, beds were comfy. location was perfect, our daily event was 1 mile up the road, i enjoyed walking their. -If you plan to stay more then 2 nights, best to take extra trash bags, laundry soap, cooking oil. Few little things we needed more of to make it through are long stay. Over All was great. Will stay here again...

Probably my favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in - and I really don’t say that lightly. I am such a stickler about cleanliness, and even little things can really gross me out. Melanie’s place felt so clean and so new, I could actually RELAX (without worrying I was going to find some icky surprise waiting for me in a corner or bottom of a drawer). You can tell a lot of attention is paid to detail when it comes to keeping this condo clean. It felt like the luxury of being in an upscale, modern hotel - but with the space of an entire apartment. It was perfect. Super modern and new while also being cozy. I would love to stay again when in Richfield.

Super cute, updated place. very clean and lots of extra linens. We were in Richfield for a dance competition and it was 2 minutes away from the high school so it was super convenient. Will definitely check if this place is available next time we come through. Host was very friendly and accommodating, we extended our trip last minute and she was completely willing to work with us.

Beautiful remodeled place. Peaceful, clean. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Got everything we needed.

Stacy did an amazing job. Everything was just as it was in the pictures. Nice hot shower, nice hot tub. It really is just as described. Family friendly bunkhouse with a hot tub. It’s in an old motel and made of what appeared to have been 4 small motel rooms turned into a remodeled well lit bunkhouse! We really thought it was fun. Thank you Stacy!
