Holiday rentals in Filipana

We were there as a group of friends with 8 people. The house was great, exactly as on the pictures and it has a very large property. The location is also great as you can get to larger cities or the sea in 20-30 minutes. We were very excited and would come back anytime!

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Great villa for relaxing and chill days with friends or Familie. Avenue is huge and great. Jacuzzi, bbq place, pool and house- everything you need for good time

A perfect host providing very high quality accommodation. From the moment we arrived at the property the host was on hand to warmly welcome us and talk us through the facilities. Living next door to the property she was on hand to answer any questions we had both about the property and the local area (where to visit etc). She was always happy to help but never intrusive. The property itself was very spacious with 3 large double bedrooms and communal living space with double sofa bed. The pool outside was a good size and gave a very welcoming break from the Istrian sun! The wifi must have been good as I never received a single complaint from my teenage children. There was a smart tv through which we could log into our Netflix account and watch programmes. The property is well equipped with modern fixtures and fittings and there was nothing more we could have asked for. The property is located in a quiet village but perfectly placed to get to all parts of the Istrian peninsula. We hired a car and a half hour drive got us to all the main towns and beaches. We are all very happy to thoroughly recommend this property and the host and will certainly be returning ourselves.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with your dog(s) Large, super nice, fenced property – ideal for travelers with dogs. The accommodation is super well equipped, has everything you need for a vacation and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need is within 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, had even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

Toni and Karla's villa is a dream. In addition to a large and spacious kitchen, the guest will find four beautiful rooms, all of which invite with great amenities. In addition, there is a large saltwater pool and a hot tub, which guarantee the relaxation of the guests. The villa itself is somewhat remote, but impresses with an exposed location with great views and a quiet neighborhood. The area can be explored wonderfully with rental cars. There is plenty of parking space available for this. Toni and Karla are unparalleled hosts. They respond quickly to guest inquiries and take care of their concerns. Thanks to them, we were able to focus on the essentials while on vacation. Upon request, a wide variety of recommendations are made regarding possible activities in the surrounding area. This place is fully recommended. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice tastefully decorated villa with pool. The kitchen or house is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine and air conditioning in every room. The property is closed, which is pleasant for dog owners. Outside there is a foosball table , ping pong table and a dart board so there is no boredom. Plenty of seating and lounging options by the pool. There is an outdoor fireplace for the barbecue fans, but the barbecue area is not adjustable in height. Visnja greeted us personally and explained everything and gave a lot of useful information and was always available for questions. We will keep the holiday in good memory.

Absolutely loved this apartment. The windows lookout to the sea and there's a wonderful spot with steps down to the water just a short walk away. Hosts were incredibly flexible, accommodating, provided several recommendations, and walked me around town to give me a feel of where things were. Loved Rovinj + loved this spot.
