Martine and Xavier are fantastic hosts and were always trying to make sure we were doing well. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation was exceptional, very relaxing and restful. The natural pool and the tree house are a unique experience. Our daughter had a lot of fun with the very friendly dogs Paco and Zora. Everything was great, we would come back!

Everything was perfect: the house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The pool and spa is a true haven of peace, with a breathtaking view of the Corsican mountains – a simply magical setting to relax at any time of the day. The location is ideal: quiet, while being close to Porto-Vecchio and the most beautiful beaches in the region. The welcome was warm, the communication fluid and responsive from start to finish. A big thank you to our host for his hospitality and attentiveness. We will come back without hesitation!

Perfect accommodation for a quiet family stay. With a little 20-month-old, we didn't miss anything, everything was perfect. Very relaxing place and with everything you need to spend pleasant moments (heated pool and jacuzzi in particular). Serena was very responsive and very friendly. We'd love to come back!

This is a fantastic little villa with the most amazing view. One of the best I’ve seen in Corsica. Marina was a brilliant host and communicated quickly and clearly. She made us feel very at home. I would highly recommend.

Great accommodation for a week with friends. Very well equipped, we lacked nothing, everything worked perfectly. The house is in line with the listing and photos and our expectations. The environment is peaceful and the view is incredible. The house was ready earlier than expected, so we were even able to access it earlier! The only small downside: waking up to vacate the house at 9 a.m. (even if we understand that it's to allow time to clean everything :-))

It was really a wonderful time in the villa and you felt like you were in paradise in the morning. We will be happy to come back. Small update: a bar/restaurant has opened next to the property. But it was only too loud once and you could relax and talk to the owners.

At the end of GR20, the accommodation offered by Cathy was ideal. We were warmly welcomed by Cathy who was very attentive and allowed us to access the accommodation earlier than expected. Everything is very qualitative in the accommodation and everything necessary is present. The environment is beautiful. We were able to enjoy the pool, the outdoors and had a great time. for the departure, Cathy even offered to let us leave the accommodation later given the absence of a tenant after us, a real plus. In short, incredible accommodation and host, we highly recommend you to stay there!

Positive points: - total change of scenery - Good welcome - ⁠villa in the heart of the countryside - each room has its own bathroom -Heatedpool - responsiveness to requests - towels and sheets available. Cons: - the access path to the sheepfold is very degraded - Bed linen-duvets for children absent despite knowing the number of people (7) at the time of booking - some bulbs out of order - ⁠TVs in the rooms did not work - ⁠XPTV is not working very well. - lack of a lot of cutlery and pans especially for 7 people - No breakfast (photos on the site). - The bedroom doors do not close from the outside and the keys to the shutters do not allow for the securing of non-luggage. - Lack of shower curtains at the bathtub in the bedrooms - The bidet is not connected so no water (room near dining room) - ⁠2 slats HS bunk bed and the bed squeaks a lot - no duplicate keys when there are many people

Corsica and stay are recommended; super nice views, on the island you can walk fantastically and an hour later you are on the beach. We have been there for two weeks and not a moment bored. Isabella is very friendly and helpful. You do need to speak French. The house is very nicely furnished, was sparkling clean and is well equipped; various pans, cutlery, oven, microwave, etc. Beds are firm but good. A few points of attention: - space outside and inside is slightly smaller than expected. For us, the two of us, this was no problem at all. - the air change makes noise, we are not used to it. - you have to drive 10 minutes for shops (Spar is fine). Too stylish and far to walk - the driveway to the house is very steep and you have to make a sharp turn. This is easy to do for experienced riders. Another tip, Plage de Santa Giulia, a 15-minute drive, is really nice. In short, we are very positive and can highly recommend it.

The villa was as advertised and everything was great. The host's responsiveness allowed us to directly resolve some small issues encountered, thank you to her.

We had an excellent week in this little paradise. Marie Dominique and Regis' house is functional, very well equipped and what about the beautiful terrace overlooking the Bay of Santa Julia. We were greeted by Laure, very smiling, professional and available. All the tips and tricks of Marie Dominique and Regis were very valuable to us to enhance our stay. We highly recommend this place and this beautiful home We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great weeks stay at this property, thank you Charlotte! We all loved the pool, which was a lovely temperature. The house is perfectly located, 5-10mins drive from a beautiful beach and only 15mins from Cavu, a great river that we loved swimming in. Charlottes recommendations were very helpful, especially the restaurants, we tried a few and they were all delicious. She was very helpful and left us a pushchair for our 1year old daughter, and was very proactive in her messaging. We’d love to return one day !

Simply SUBLIME. Laurie is available, extremely discreet and very attentive! As soon as we arrived, we felt a kind and particularly sincere welcome. Real happiness! The sheepfold is full of quality amenities, enough to spend a relaxing, peaceful holiday in a very intimate setting.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Let me tell you, this is a rare find. It is better than the photos show, although the photos are striking! Not only the views are immaculate, but there is this perfect serenity, only the birds singing and insects chirping. And all the scents of the hundreds of plants. The place is super clean and private, you can be naked there and no one will see you. The kitchen and the house has everything you might need. The kitchen is equipped very well. I especially loved Illy coffee machine (Conrad provided the capsules for our convenience). The shared pool we always used alone and actually never saw any other guests at all. The wonderful Polumbaggia beach is very close, but it is safer to drive there. Conrad was always very responsive and gave us lots of information. We were staying with kids and found eating out quite expensive everywhere. But Conrad recommended L'Ondella, which we really loved and the prices were good. In any case we will surely return, this is a perfect holiday spot.
