Lovely flat comfortable, cozy, clean, furnished with refined stylish. At 100mt. from S.Giovanni beach and 10 min. walk away along the Promenade, from the old town. Located between Beaches and OldTown Airport bus and beaches bus stops nearby the house. The flat has two bedrooms but, the second room is locked when the reservation it's for two and it's unlocked only when the flat is reserved for 3/4, and in this case the price increases as well THE TOURIST TAX IS OBLIGATORY

We were very comfortable, we really liked the house, it is very nice and equipped with everything you need. The host was very nice leaving us, toilet paper, shower soaps, coffee, sugar, water, cleaning stuff. Mariella helped us with check-in and gave us very good advice on places to visit, where to shop, where to eat. Fertilia is a very quiet small village, you can hear the seagulls in the morning, you have several beaches nearby. We will definitely be back

Well kept and clean apartment in a convenient location. Just outside of Alghero - so peaceful and calm, but with great access to beautiful beaches and also convenient for the airport. Easy car parking. Lovely view of the sea from one of the balconies.

Maurizio's place is fantastic! The outdoor kitchen with spectacular ocean and coastline views makes the property a unique experience. The house is well equipped, very clean and nicely decorated. The sunsets were beautiful. We can recommend the place 100%

This place is amazing. We are a family of 4 and had everything we needed (and more). There are restaurants right outside the door and beautiful places to walk by the ocean yet inside the accomodations are very quiet and peaceful. We always make breakfast and some lunches at our accomodations and the kitchen was well stocked. Air conditioning kept us cool during very hot days and the beds are very comfortable. Parking was always easy! And all the archaeological sites and places to visit were within a short drive. This family made us feel so welcome and really went above and beyond. We would definitely stay again.

Delightful and comfortable beach house

We had a lovely stay with our 2 children aged 1 and 5. The house is very well placed to discover beautiful beaches, alghero, the ponto conté natural park, less than 20 minutes away and sometimes only 5 to 10 minutes away. The house itself is pleasant to live in, with its terrace to enjoy the outdoors, especially for meals, and its 2 bedrooms overlooking it. The kitchen is a bit dark, but well equipped. Baby cot and high chair are available. We also appreciated Ilaria's hospitality and availability. Thank you!

It was fantastically beautiful. The apartment is really perfect and everything is easily accessible. We were very warmly received and were always able to get in touch. We arrived late at night and were still picked up by Nicola. Even though check-out was at 10 a.m., we were allowed to leave our luggage with Nicola. Thank you so much for everything!!!
