We had such a great stay at Paola's apartment. It's beautiful and in a great location in the old town. Everywhere is super walkable and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Paola was super responsive and really helpful. She allowed us to check in after midnight and also booked us a taxi for our early flight home! Would highly recommend 😍

We really liked the house and Elisa, especially the mini garden and the attention to breakfast. What was also good was the fact that there was also a transfer service to the airport. We loved the whole experience 🙂 Up to one day!

"a heavenly place" is located in a very quiet village, surrounded by greenery. The location allows you to reach Rovigo, Ferrara and the surrounding area in twenty minutes. the apartment is nice, well maintained and very clean. The plus is that animals are welcome, which for us is a deciding factor in choosing a house We also had a great time with Franca and her furry friends EsperyTop

Very easy review to write. A wonderful home, in the perfect location next to Piazze Maggiore, and Fiorella was a great host, very responsive and we really appreciated the offer of booking a taxi for us when we left. We would certainly stay here again if we visit Bologna.

Highly recommend Bazzano and Franco’s house as home base for visiting Bologna, Modena and environs. Unique beautifully maintained historic home with lovely outdoor space. Comfortable bed and a/c was appreciated on warm June night.

We had a wonderful stay in this B&B surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. Since our arrival, we have been greeted with great warmth and helpfulness: the hospitality has been truly impeccable. The structure is well cared for, clean and perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature, ideal for those seeking relaxation away from the chaos. The silence that surrounds the place makes the rest even more pleasant. Excellent cleanliness! Highly recommended for those who want to unwind and enjoy a corner of authentic peace!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, which had absolutely everything we needed. From extra bedding and a fully equipped kitchen (including spices, oils, tea, coffee capsules, and bottled water) to ample toiletries like shower gel and shampoo—every detail was thoughtfully provided. The apartment is tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly in every room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages is the private, spacious parking and the elevator in the building—very convenient! The location is excellent: an easy walk to the center of Ferrara, with shops and amenities nearby. Communication with the hosts was smooth and pleasant throughout. We were truly happy with our stay and would definitely choose this apartment again in the future.

Everything is fine, nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Very quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from the center. The essentials in the kitchen were there (although I would have put a couple of bottles of water to welcome guests). Super spectacular huge shower, water jet waterfall style and very hot!!! Everything was perfect! The only "oddity" was that there were no face/hand towels. I called the host and he told me that they generally don't put them because "they disappear". I said that it didn't seem like a "healthy" policy not to put them and that it was a bit extravagant as a thing. He offered to give them to me, but I found another way. I would suggest to the Host, given their concern about the towels, to charge for them later in case of "disappearance". Otherwise, highly recommended!!

A well-equipped apartment with quality furniture and everything you need for your stay. Lovely terrace and balcony. We stayed as a family with two children. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Great location for a walk or a bike trail. They bake the best pizza at the neighbors☺️

The house was very clean and the location was fantastic, with plenty of amenities and access to transportation. I enjoyed my stay and will be back if I go back to Ferrara.

I highly recommend this apartment, it's clean, nice, great location. Ms Teresa is wonderful, very nice and helpful! There is also a washing machine available, which is very useful for a longer stay. The only downside is the bar downstairs, where the music should be turned down after 11pm, but you have to remind them about it - I recommend taking earplugs though.

Great living space - the flat has been properly thought about, with real furniture, design touches, lots of natural light, practical layout, air-con, and that sunshine escape onto the balcony - we could truly imagine living here (if only !!). It had everything we needed and more. All in a quiet neighbourhood, too, with good restaurants and only a short walk into the main central piazza. And Carlo is everything you want from a host. Always prompt and helpful responses as we planned our visit, met us at the door with a friendly welcome, and helped us out locally too. If and when we come back to Bologna (a lovely city, we’ve really enjoyed it) this flat will definitely be first thing on our list.

Alina was very responsive and the place was super clean and comfy. It had everything we needed. There's a bus stop right in front of the apartment which takes you directly to the city centre. It was calm and quiet, which let us get rested after a busy day exploring the city. I would choose this place again if I come back to Bologna :)

Armando’s apartment was perfect. We parked our car in the garage and caught the bus into Centro for the 4 days we were there. There is a quaint Greek restaurant just up the road for something different. It was really hot when we were there and the air conditioning worked well. Appreciated the extras in the kitchen like tea, coffee and water. Absolutely recommend this place.

Roberta’s place is a true gem - one of those rare Airbnbs that instantly feels like home and makes it hard to leave. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, the apartment is about an 18-minute walk from the train station and 30–35 minutes from the city centre. There’s also a bus stop just across the street (though keep in mind that Bologna’s buses can be a bit unpredictable). Every room, including the kitchen, has air conditioning - a huge plus in the summer. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from a dishwasher and washing machine to sewing kits and spare batteries. There's also a lovely little balcony - perfect for a quiet breakfast, a coffee break, or a glass of wine in the evening. I 100% recommend staying here and truly hope to come back someday.

Bellissimo appartamente!! This was such a wonderful place—modern, airy, spectacular! Wonderful layout with two lovely terraces. There were 4 of us in the group and we felt like we had a ton of space, beds were so comfy, great water pressure, plus washing machine! Walkable to the best parts of Bologna. Mattia was a wonderful host, very receptive and patient with us. We adored this place and highly highly recommend.

We had a brilliant stay here. Barbara is an excellent host, really communicative and helpful with great tips about local restaurants - and she provided lots of information to make our arrival and check-in as easy as possible. The apartment itself is great - clean, cosy and characterful - and a nice distance from the main piazzas. It's close enough to walk to the centre but far enough away to feel like you can escape the crowds and unwind at the end of the day. There are also some lovely shops and restaurants around the corner from the apartment with Le Serre, in the park across the ring road, a particularly nice place for a relaxed afternoon. Finally, the little terrace at the back is a lovely feature and a great place to sit and chat.

We absolutely loved this apartment. The building is old so the staircases are narrow but we were still able to bring all of our luggage up (and we had a lot). It is very close to everything !! We were able to walk around and find all of the sites without needing a car or bus etc. There’s even a few restaurants right across the street and a little store. Maria also gave us a ton of recommendations and the ones we tried were amazing. Super cute apartment with a little terrace and thankfully air conditioning because it was hot out. Thank you so so much for being a perfect stop on our tour through Italy!!!

Great accommodation, with a large bathroom that we would all like to have at home, the rest of the apartment was clean, a terrace for a good meal with a view of the central square. The neighborhood was very pleasant to live in with a good atmosphere. We regret having changed Airbnb so soon 😂
