Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

Excellent stay, better than what you see in the photos

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great cafes. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
