A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thank you to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood of Los Laureles is very quiet and pleasant to stay in. Nearby is Casa Rica and Superseis - walkable. The building staff are very friendly and helpful. It is convenient that the apartment has a washing machine. The upstairs gym was always locked, so we didn't use it.

the stay was excellent. the apartment has everything it offers in the pictures. next to a supermarket there are also pharmacies. the place is very quiet and easy to reach the central helmet.... the very attentive host!!!

The neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always willing to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop the day to day with ease.

Our stay with Fabian and Valeria was excellent. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent, they were always willing and available. In addition, every week the room was cleaned, the sheets, towels were changed, etc. The patio, pool and gym equipment were also aspects that added a lot to our stay. I recommend it!
