Very large old house with lots of charm. Very nice rooms, all comfortable, well furnished and well-equipped. Its proximity to the lagoons of Villafáfila makes it a great place for ornithologists. The welcome is responsive and friendly!

We had a great time at this timeless place with our two big female dogs. A pleasant choice of local products. The pets surrounding the property give an atypical character. Jose was very responsive to our messages. Thank you

Beautiful country style home in a property with several rural cottages. It sits in the countryside, slightly isolated from the village, in a peaceful place where the only noises you hear will be the birdsong. It has two levels with one bedroom one bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms with two beds upstairs. There is also a terrace overlooking a very large green lawn and a beautiful swimming pool (to share with another house). Berta and Isabel were very friendly throughout our stay. In short, even though there is obviously WiFi, this place is perfect for disconnecting a few days a few kilometers from Salamanca 👍

The house is beautiful, with a wonderful winery and a great host. We felt very comfortable in it. Everything works perfectly and there are all kinds of amenities. If I had to rate our stay. out of 10, I would give you an 11 We'll definitely recommend it. Thank you Laura!!

I recommend this house. Located in a quiet area half an hour's drive from Salamanca, the house comes with everything you need to disconnect, ideal for families with children. It has a game room with foosball and endless games for the little ones, bikes for routes, it has a swimming pool, pingpong. Equipped for barbecues in good weather, we went in January and it's cold, but the heating is perfect. Delfín is a great host, he recommended a place to go to eat like Casa Conrado, and it was certainly a success. Phillip

We were very comfortable and very quiet the whole weekend we spent at Alicia's place. Even though the weather didn't go with it much, we spent two very relaxing and comfortable days. The riverbed walk is very nice in a beautiful environment.

A great experience for those seeking peace and quiet and wonderful views. Very well equipped in terms of communications for those who work remotely. Excellent garage with a generous barbecue. The house is very well equipped on a thermal level with AC and radiators if it is a coldest time and also has all the amenities to spend a few days with the exact same comfort of our house. Hosts are as friendly and available as possible, having resolved an issue with the garage key (created by me who left) immediately. To be repeated without a doubt.

We enjoyed pur stay at Maria's place a lot! Very cozy stay in the countryside close to the river. We checked in veeery late (01:00) and Maria allowed us to postpone breakfast time. Very comfortable experience! Everything is exceptionally clean. My recommendation!

We had a perfect stay. Both Jose and his wife took care of us perfectly and fixed anything that could come up. The house is impressive and perfect for a large family like ours,with 4 children,with 4 children. Everything was in perfect condition and very clean. The place is wonderful, between mountains and perfect for disconnecting. The house is simply spectacular, you can tell that they have put your soul in that project. It is a luxury home surrounded by nature. Materials, appliances, decoration, etc, all of the very first quality and with very good taste. We are a family of 5 and have spent Christmas at Casa da Eira Velha. Gloria's reception was unique, we had a large basket with fruit, nuts, homemade jams and local honey as well as vegetables from her orchard waiting for us! Any questions we had Gloria resolved it in less than 30 minutes. The house is dreamy in a place to disconnect and rest!

The place was very cozy, and with all the details well cared for, as it seemed in the description and photos. We found it very nice to both the seniors and for the kids. It is located in a very small village, ideal if you are looking for tranquility, which was our case, and good distance from the city of Zamora, Miranda de Duero and the area of Sanabria, which we also wanted to visit.
