This newly renovated condo on the first floor, offers a modern but home like feel with beautiful furnishings. Located at the Tiburon, which offers FREE off-street parking (2 spaces right in front of the building!) as well as plenty of street parking, a large outdoor pool with deck area, tennis courts, and outdoor charcoal grills. The Tiburon is walking distance to the local shops, bars, restaurants, and BEACH!
