Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à la Villa Moneti. La maison est très belle, bien aménagée et propre. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des propriétaires, toujours très réactifs et agréables. Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour au calme au bord de la piscine ;)

Das war eins der besten Airbnb in dem wir jemals waren! TOP!! Wir waren 8 erwachsene und 6 Kinder zwischen 1 und 11 Jahren. Die Außenanlage ist absolut Traumhaft, der Pool ist unfassbar schön! Das Wasser hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Eine kleine Ebene für die kleinen Kinder gibt es darin auch, sodass der Badespaß für jeden garantiert ist. Es gibt zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten um die Abende zu genießen. Für unseren Hund war es auch Perfekt! Das Grubdstück ist sehr groß aber soweit ich das gesehen habe vollständig umzäunt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und waren immer erreichbar und haben sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Absolut zu empfehlen!!

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

Wir waren zwei befreundete Pärchen mit zwei Hunden und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Das Haus und die Lage sind perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen und zu entspannen. Durch die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad hatte man zu Viert auch ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders der eingezäunte Außenbereich und der private Pool haben den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt gemacht! Auch die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und die ruhige Lage laden zum entspannen ein. Die nächst größere Stadt Città di Castello (ca. 25min mit dem Auto) ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Dort gibt es auch einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben uns auch einmal mit einem leckeren Kuchen überrascht. Wir hatten einen tollen und rundum gelungenen Urlaub - vielen Dank Tiziano!

Wir hatten einen tollen und absolut unkomplizierten zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen frisch renovierten Haus, das sich auf Anhieb wie daheim anfühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um den Cònero und die umliegenden Ortschaften zu erkunden. Marie hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Als Yoga-Lehrerin war Marie außerordentlich kompetent und die genommenen Stunden sowie auch das individuell erstellte Programm waren sehr bereichernd.

Bellissima villa rustica, immersa nel verde; la casa è ben disposta ed arredata con gusto, ed offre tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Ampia area living e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compreso un ampio frigo, una cantina vini e una macchina per fare il ghiaccio. Un biliardino dà la possibilità di trascorrere serate in compagnia di amici e familiari. La piscina, di dimensioni generose, si affaccia sullo splendido panorama delle colline circostanti. Simon è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for four nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, offering a secluded retreat while still being conveniently close to the area's main attractions. The villa is nestled in a picturesque olive tree field, providing stunning views that are truly breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly with a lovely welcome basket that set the tone for our stay. The host was extremely nice and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. They even sent us recommendations of things to do in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. The villa was impeccably clean and very family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals comfortably, and the addition of a sauna and hot tub added a luxurious touch to our vacation. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way!

We really enjoyed our time in Coccore. Its such a beautiful house and the view is stunning. Great place to stay when exploring Marche and Umbria. We stayed 1 month. All worked very well and we can suggest the house for everyone. Sandra was very helpful and helped us a lot along the stay. We were 4 adults and 2 babies and the size of the house was perfect for us. There was also one bed more so fifth adult would fit comfortably. Only minus for us was that we could not take the babies to amazing upstairs library room since the gaps between the railings were too big that babies would have been in risk of falling through. That was something we suspected before the trip so it was not anything to upset for us. Great holiday, thank you Claudia and Sandra!

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Sirolo. Das Haus ist Gross und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist altmodisch und es hat sehr viel altmodische Deko und Sammelwaren. Ich war ein bisschen überforderd. Aber das Aussenleben und der grossen Park mit pool macht das alles wieder gut. Schlussendlich lebt man draussen. Carlo war der beste Host die wir bis jetzt kennengelernt haben. Immer erreichbar, schnelle Reaktionen auf sms sehr fürsorglich und freundlich. Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

Trevligt och stort boende perfekt för en avkopplande resa i Italien med fantastiska vyer, goda närliggande restauranger och mycket roliga aktiviteter i huset. Värden är mån att saker ska ske på sitt sätt och kan komma att uppfattas som aningen kontrollerande. Rekommenderar!

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und gross. Andrea war bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit.

"Dolce Far Niente" Ein absolut wunderbarer Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und neue Energie zu tanken. Wir – und auch unser Hund – haben uns rundum wohl und sicher gefühlt, sowohl im Haus als auch im liebevoll angelegten Garten. Das Highlight war definitiv der Poolbereich – dort haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht und einfach die Ruhe und Sonne genossen 🌞. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind richtig traurig, schon wieder abreisen zu müssen, und hoffen sehr, dass wir eines Tages zurückkommen dürfen 🤩.

Zeer aangenaam huis in een mooie streek. Bij problemen heeft Mara altijd erg snel geprobeerd een oplossing te vinden. Zalig genieten aan het prachtige zwembad en ideaal gelegen om Le Marche te ontdekken.

Rosanna e suo marito sono due splendide persone. La loro casetta è una vera perla nei boschi, perfetta per coloro che cercano pace e distacco dalla vita cittadina. La casa ha un potenziale enorme che, d’estate, può essere sfruttato pienamente (c’è una grande piscina nel giardino sul retro). I principali luoghi da visitare sono piuttosto vicini, ci si muove in auto tra Umbria e Toscana senza problemi. I Servizi (bar e supermercati) sono a 5 minuti. Siamo stati benissimo ed anche il nostro cane, Puck, si è subito sentito a casa.

Eravamo un gruppo di 11 persone e abbiamo trovato lo spazio perfetto per il nostro soggiorno. La casa è situata in una posizione incantevole, con un panorama mozzafiato che ci ha lasciato senza parole. Ogni mattina ci siamo svegliati con una vista spettacolare, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con energia. La piscina è stata senza dubbio il punto culminante del nostro soggiorno: ben attrezzata e pulita, ci ha offerto momenti di relax e divertimento, permettendoci di rinfrescarci e godere del sole in totale tranquillità. Gli spazi interni erano accoglienti e ben organizzati, ideali per i nostri momenti di convivialità. Nonostante fossimo in un gruppo numeroso, ci siamo sentiti sempre a nostro agio. In sintesi, è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile e non vediamo l'ora di tornare in questo angolo di paradiso. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque desideri trascorrere un weekend all'insegna del relax e del divertimento!

Een absolute aanrader!!! Wij hebben de ruimte geboekt om een paar dagen tot rust te komen voor onze grote bruiloft. De accommodatie was precies zoals beschreven en is heel comfortabel, rustig, en met vele voorzieningen. De host is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, hij stuurde ons allerlei tips voor activiteiten in de buurt, reageerde heel snel op al onze vragen en kwam ons tot slot nog een mooie fles wijn brengen toen hij hoorde dat wij later die week gingen trouwen. Echt heel lief. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen! Der freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – glasklar und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Die Lage ist ruhig und wunderschön, aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Ein perfekter Ort für einen ruhigen Urlaub und um die italienische Natur zu genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Formidable environnement, calme ... ma maison est très confortable et agencée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le père de Daniela est très réactif quand Daniela travaille et le bassin d'eau est extrêmement appréciable durant les chaleurs d'été. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les moustiquaires très performantes qui protègent les fenêtres des chambres. À recommander absolument !

Mirella saved our trip to Umbria when we were misled by another home rental company about the accommodations and had to find another place last minute. We were SO happy and lucky to find this hidden gem. They were super kind and helpful, the house is exactly as described, and the charm/personality of the family is present throughout. Highly recommend for groups and families!

Toller Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll und dekorativ eingerichtet und hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Willkommensgeschenk haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir haben uns alle (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr wohlgefühlt.
