The hut is located in the center of a small mountain village at 1350 m, and is the ideal starting point for hiking, excursions or in winter for skiing, snowshoeing or sledding. My wife and I spent 3 days in the Italian Dolomites, in Monika's fantastic vacation home. Our stay has met all our wishes; a beautiful, comfortable and clean house, located in a great place on a mountain slope, and all the privacy you could wish for. Monika did her best to spoil us, and even brought us a few treats (delicious cake and tasty strudel)! The last 3 km to the house were challenging; but because it was very quiet with other traffic, there were never any tense situations. We highly recommend this house for nature and tranquility seekers, who are looking for a beautiful view of the Dolomites in a special location.

The "Hobbit cave" is really a very special place - beautifully designed and furnished with incredible attention to detail (especially for Lord of the Rings fans). You can feel in every corner how much passion and dedication is in here. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and simply enchanting - exactly how you imagine a little break from everyday life. The surroundings are also fantastically beautiful – quiet, idyllic and perfect for relaxing or for walks in nature. We immediately felt welcome and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, warm and helpful – you can tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to the next time. We will definitely come back - it was just perfect!

What a fantastic stay! We had a wonderful time in this lovingly furnished Airbnb in Fendels. Everything was perfect – from the amenities to the cleanliness to the incredible tranquility. Everything was really thought of, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. We were hiking in the breathtaking mountain landscape, enjoyed the fresh air and nature and relaxed at the bathing lake in Ried. The recovery was total - exactly what we needed! A big thank you to Eveline for the warm care and the many small details that make this place so special. We will be happy to come back! Best regards, Peter & Luca

It was an unforgettable holiday in Fendels. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The host was always there for us for any concerns. We did a small damage. The hostess repaired it with her own effort. She was very cooperative and accommodating. Thanks very much. Maybe we would like to vacation there again next time.

Landhaus Sonnrain Fendels - Apartment Kaunertal

We were allowed to spend our "short honeymoon" with dog lady Josie at Laura's in Sonnrain. She is very nice and we liked it all around. In the area, there are plenty of opportunities for active vacationers to do something, and so we went hiking somewhere else every day and fell into bed in the evening. Twice we used the well-equipped kitchen for dinner and it lacks nothing there. We will be happy to come back :)
