The apartment is as in the photos, very modernly furnished. Very clean and spacious. The contact by email and also the personal contact on site with Renate and her husband was very pleasant and also helpful. I am completely thrilled, thank you again, Renate.

This apartment leaves nothing to be desired. We immediately felt welcome and very comfortable. Günter was very friendly and accommodating. In the apartment, several welcome drinks as well as coffee and tea awaited us. The apartment was totally clean and equipped with new furniture. In the kitchen, there are spices, sugar, oil, baking paper and cleaning products. The balcony is a dream! The beds and pillows are also new and very comfortable. We particularly liked the fact that there are shutters in the bedrooms and fly screens on almost all windows. We highly recommend this apartment.

My son and I felt very comfortable. We were in the Hans im Glück room, which was really perfect for me and the little one. The room was nice and clean 🧼 and everything you needed was available. The children's playroom and the playground right outside the door are especially great, just wow! In addition, the location is great, nice and quiet, but if you like, you can also be in the city in a few minutes and do something there. The proximity to the wildlife park is great, you can get there in two minutes by car. I will come again, then with my son and my husband😆. Great !

The apartment was clean, it had water in the fridge, the location was quiet. You can hear the shower in the bedroom but nothing from outside. Despite the hot temperatures outside, it was pleasantly cool in the apartment. Communication with the host was flawless and it's great that it has a large parking lot.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was absolutely clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need – you felt very comfortable and welcome from the first moment. The landlords were incredibly friendly and helpful – they took the time to explain everything in peace and were available at any time for questions. Renate welcomed us in a very friendly way. Her apartment is stylish and tastefully furnished and the amenities are more than generous. The small, beautiful bathroom also has a great shower. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Eder, which we discovered for ourselves from the beautiful apartment. With a view of the lake, you will be insanely slowed down and calm. We liked the room and the region very much and we will be happy to come back!

Judith's house is located directly on various hiking trails and within a 5-minute walk to the tram. The perfect place to explore the area and the Kaufunger Forest. Königsalm and Niester Riesen are very close, Kaufungen itself is very cute, definitely worth a look! The experience brickyard diagonally opposite the tram is also worth seeing. The apartment was as described and an excellent home base for us. The huge dining table and the view of the countryside, the super comfortable bed, the fireplace, the patio in front of the kitchen with a beautiful seating area... Very nice place on the hill. Despite the thick fog, the views were beautiful. Lots of walking paths in the forest nearby. The apartment is very large and comfortable. It was nice that there was a beer option from a crate in the stairwell. The store is 7min by car.

We had a great stay in this really very pretty, clean and well-equipped apartment. There is really nothing missing here and the standard is definitely above what we are used to from Airbnbs. Communication with Helena was also very friendly and easy, without being intrusive. We would mist definitely visit again.

We stayed at the place for two nights. We were traveling with five adults, one toddler, and two small children. Everyone felt totally comfortable and didn't miss anything. From the communication in advance to the arrival, everything was completely well regulated and very loving. All the people we met on the farm were very open-minded and super nice. Our two youngest fellow travelers also felt very comfortable and will not forget the stay so quickly. Especially for families, the accommodation offers a retreat after beautiful day trips in the area. Everything is quite quickly accessible by car. We can only recommend the place.
