Cozy living in the city

In a beautiful and well-kept atmosphere. Very close to Alster, train station and city. In summer, however, it can also be louder, as there is a lot of hustle and bustle on the street!! If you travel by car, I will get you a visitor parking space. The room is equipped with a cozy bed (140 × 200 cm) and a closet for your belongings. In the kitchen, a kettle and coffee maker are available. Of course, you can also cook something for yourself. And most importantly, I only have room for individuals!

Public transportation is close, within a 5 minutes walk and brings you in 8 minutes to the central station or 20 min to the airport.

Dream location and water view directly on the Alster

The accommodation is very quietly located in the villa district of Uhlenhorst on one of the most beautiful properties in Hamburg directly on the Alster. From the large balcony you can look over the Feenteich and the Alster. It couldn't be any nicer! The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, car or bus. Part of Alexander's apartment is rented, which has a separate entrance, bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen. Absolute privacy!! NOTE: See tourist occupancy tax under Rules!

Cozy two-room apartment

✨ Here you can stay in a cozy and private atmosphere 🚎 The central train station can be reached in 20 minutes and the airport in 30 minutes by public transport. There are restaurants and cafes🍝 in the area. The city park and the Alster can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes by foot. 🛋️ The apartment has everything your heart desires and is well equipped. As this is my private living space, I wish to have a respectful handling of the inventory.

Best location on the Alster - new building - super quiet

This great apartment is located in one of the best locations in Hamburg (Harvestehude district). In 200m you will be at the Hamburger Außenalster. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony opens onto a quiet backyard. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. In the bedroom, for example, you have a 1.80 m wide and high-quality box spring bed at your disposal and on the balcony there is a great gas grill (use is free of charge).

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.

Welcome to Hamburg! :) My two room Apartement (65sqm) with balcony to the south is just 150m to lake Alster. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
