Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Federal Way

Beautiful view! The home was very nice and comfortable, quiet neighborhood (there were some roosters but that didn't bother us, it wasn't too loud) Light switches were all labeled, main bed was comfortable. It might have been nice for blackout curtains in the main bedroom, but waking up to that view was amazing! Only one side of the couch reclined, which was fine for us. The hot tub was relaxing, note that the jets weren't very strong, but we still enjoyed it. It is about a 25 minute drive to get to some good restaurants. And you have to drive about 5 minutes to one of the State parks for beach access (there are a few that are really close by!) The place was exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful peaceful stay! We loved our stay and would stay again!

This Airbnb was amazing. As others have said, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s extremely clean, beautifully designed and full of amenities. The view was our favorite, which you get from all the rooms on the main story. Relaxing on the patio or in the hot tub was the highlight. We also loved cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoying as much time as we could in the home. Shannon was an excellent host, with thoughtful touches in the home including a gift for our little one and recommendations for parks for him. She was quick to respond to messages and always friendly and helpful. If you’re considering staying here, do it! You won’t regret it.

What a beautiful location to stay with family! The Sound and Mt Rainier views were stunning. A rocky beach was just a short walk down the road from the house with an amazing array of driftwood. We were able to explore part of the Olympic National Forest, a botanical garden, and light house visit. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. My adult children enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The contemporary style home had beautiful wood/stone/tile/brick features. We spotted seals from the lookout deck near the edge of the bluff as well as bald eagles and some herons. A very restful experience giving us time to reconnect as a family. We appreciate Justin and Lauren letting us stay at their home/sanctuary.

Absolutely loved our stay at Jay’s cabin! Tucked away in the woods, it was the perfect escape from city life. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet morning with coffee on the porch, surrounded by nature. Jay was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

The view from this place is the real selling point - you won't ever want to leave! Great amenities, very clean, and super-responsive hosts who handled any concerns (all of which were minor - like a missing tool to clean the grill) within a couple of hours tops. Highly recommended for a couple of families or just one that wants to spread out! With a car, it's near everything, including the Federal Way train station where you can park and get into Seattle easily and effortlessly by train!

We had an amazing stay. The house and lake area were absolutely beautiful. wonderful kitchen and appliances, everything you could need. Very comfortable beds. The location was great right in between Tacoma and Seattle. The house had lots of natural light.

Very fun place. Wish we would have known the hot tub was drained. That was one of the main reasons for booking. Crystal was great at responding to my questions and the house was nice and clean.

Sandy’s place is really beautiful and Sandy is a great host. She was lovely and friendly and I found myself so comfortable talking to her. Her beautiful home is inviting and open. Her kitchen is a dream and she has the best coffee machine. I am really happy I got to stay with her and little Uni.

I stayed here for the past month. It was a pleasant time for Haoru and her family, all friendly, and we would talk together and be like family. The house is clean and tidy, fully equipped, conveniently located, conveniently parking, and very close to the bus stop. The first time I was here, I felt warmth. It is worth recommending. Amazing Get together in a equally amazing Air BnB. this Lake corner Air BnB, had everything you need for 4 Families. Kayaks, multiple Sitout places near Lake, amazing Game Room. Lakeview Bedrooms, Clean bathroom with all toiletries. needed Umbrellas and were arranged on short notice. Special mention to sofas which were super comfortable and high quality. Lakeview Kitchen with required Utensils and helped us to cook Amazing Indian dishes. Thanks Anu for amazing time in Seattle/Tacoma.

I stayed for business purposes, the hosts were very responsive and easy to chat with. In the future I would stay there again, it suited my needs perfectly.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ivo's home! It is a beautiful property, stocked with just about everything you could possibly want or need in a home away from home. The views of Seattle are spectacular and extra magical at night. It's in a great location, just a 15-20 min walk to the monorail at the Space Needle park that shoots you to the centre of downtown in a just a few minutes. We appreciated coming back to this quiet location after busy days exploring the city. Ivo was an extremely friendly and attentive host, who was quick to respond to our questions and needs despite being remote. We can't recommend his listing enough and wouldn't hesitate to book again if/when we find ourselves in Seattle.

Seayes was super nice to us, and made sure that we felt right at home. The place is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, simply lovely. Would definitely recommend staying with them!

Beautiful spot in the woods! Easy to drive into town and to spots to explore around the island, and a comfortable retreat to come back to with a campfire at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful and peaceful vacation weekend in Allyn! Fang’s home was easy to get to and settle into. We loved watching the water and tides, and it was easy to walk to restaurant, coffee shops and more. We spent most of our days on day trips in the region (Staircase Ridge & Hama Hama Oysters, and the Tacoma Zoo). This was the perfect place to recharge. We also loved the kayaks and hot tub, and generally cozy space. Fang was proactive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay as well.

If you want a location that gives you the sense of seclusion and provides you with great amenities to relax and unwind, then this is it. With two younger kids the bunk beds on the upper level were perfect and the king bed on the lower level was comfortable. The house was clean and had what you need to make for an easy stay. The hot tub was a hit, and the there are plenty of water craft options to enjoy the lake. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Great place, amazing views, Matt was great and proactive as the internet company planned to shut down the WiFi for a few hours and we were aware 20+ hours prior. Neighbor has dementia but is a very friendly guy who may mistake you as the owner but non the less easy going neighbor.

Everything was fantastic and Samah responded extremely fast to all our questions. Definitely recommend! Lots of seals and wildlife to watch!

I came here with a group of 10 people, and we were so in love with this place that we already started talking about coming back. The home is beautiful, and it's in a magical location - we took full advantage of being on a lake! The pizza oven and the tents were really fun additions, too. This was one of my favorite Airbnb experiences I've ever had, and I 100% recommend staying here.

Life is busy and sometimes we forget to take time out of our busy lives to just relax and reflect. The mushroom house is the perfect place to do just that. Relax, reflect, rejuvenate, and for me, relive a childhood memory that was a place called Never - Never Land. The moment we walked into the mushroom house we knew the next 48 hours would be magical and healing. The attention to detail inside and out is nothing like anything I've experienced before in a vacation rental. You will absolutely fall in love with this whimsical place that Rod and Shannon have created. "Into the forrest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul".

Joshua was so accommodating to our group. He allowed us to be flexible. He was extremely responsive and communicated instantly when we had questions. We loved this place and created new memories with our family and kids. I would recommend this stay 1,000x over. The house was clean, charming, and kid friendly. We cooked each night in the kitchen and enjoyed standing around the large island to gather. Very grateful for our time there.
