Holiday rentals with a patio in Federal Capital Territory

I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Abuja for business, and overall it was a nice experience. They have backup power (very important feature), WiFi is stable if not the fastest, and everything is functional. Kitchenette is small so probably not ideal if you're planning to cook a bunch, but was fine for me to make coffee and noodles. There's a small supermarket, pharmacy, and an Indian restaurant around the corner, so it's an easy and safe walk to get your essentials. Don't expect luxury but for the price it's a great deal, especially if you've got 2 people staying.

The place was located at a convenient location. The host was responsive and the property was good as described and shown in pictures. Recommended for future travels.

First Airbnb stay in Abuja and will definitely do it again. Accommodation was as described in the listing to the T! Missed my cardio for a few days but climbing the stairs helped me get my step count up, much needed 😁 Everywhere was spotless and the staff was very helpful at check in making sure I got the instructions required for the stay. If you need a bit of night life, there’s a couple of good spots nearby which makes the area quite lively. I felt safe and was definitely comfortable. Great stay!

He and his team were flexible with my check-in time, adjusting it to suit my early arrival, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free. They were always responsive, shared helpful instructions, and even anticipated some of my needs. Their local recommendations were spot on, places I’d gladly visit again. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with regular cleaning every couple of days, which I really appreciated. It had everything I needed to feel at home and unwind. The location was also a huge plus, central, with good roads and easy access to everything I needed. A perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and a thoughtful, welcoming vibe. I’d definitely stay again.

Zainab’s place is a real home away from home. Highly secured location with proximity to all the areas in abuja . Apartment is well furnished, maintained and equipped with homely accessories and facilities.

Stayed at Lola's a number of times. Always works for us and very responsive to any requests. Thanx very much and looking forward to returning next year.

I love this place, I spend 12 days there and I feel like I was at home.. 24 hours security. John is the gentleman who make sure your stay is safe..this man is always there as u call he is there to assist you, he is so helpful to us I feel like he was a family member.. And I want to give much respect to the host for his kindness towards us.. and he always respond and check to make sure we was safe. when I visit Afica again I know exactly where I will be staying right at Ikechukwu property. 👍👍

This was an excellent place to stay. The host was responsive to text messages before we checked in. The property manager was always available to answer any questions we might have or help with whatever we might need. We will definitely be staying here again when next we are in Abuja. Melody's place as nicely decorated, and I like how spacious the rooms are. Melody communicates well and very proactive to make sure my stay was good. Melody was quick to address my issues and concerns. The compound also has security on site, so I felt safe. There's also someone on site to help address all issues and concerns and to help clean when needed. Absent of any issues or concerns, I wouldn't mind staying here again.

I had an absolutely comfortable and wonderful stay at this Rejae’s place! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and location. The property is beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms that are both comfortable and uniquely furnished. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and modern amenities throughout the home. The location in Lugbe is ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to local shops, restaurants, and transportation, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and were always available to assist with any questions. I felt safe and at ease throughout my entire stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lugbe. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I'll definitely be booking again.

Tobi was a great host very friendly made sure I was well taken care of through my stay, the apartment is beautiful has everything I need to make my staywith the while, check in was easy, would definitely book with them again.

Emekas place was just as shown in the pictures. Amenities were in good shape and the host was responsive on all needs. The security guards around were helpful, the wifi was fast, the TV had all the options and the house was properly ventilated.

Chinenye was an excellent Host. Apart from ensuring that I had a good time, She made sure that my every need was satisfied throughout my entire stay. Then, when I checked in the first night, I was treated to a basket full of the freshest fruits and vegetables. That alone was a gesture I will not soon forget. I will be booking this property again.

Excellent location in the beautiful suburb of Maitama. The host & co host are very quick at responding and fantastic hosts. The apartment is spacious with good decor & very comfortable bed. I felt so happy in this apartment & could easily live there full time. The outdoor balcony is basically a second living area with outdoor table and chairs perfect space to unwind & relax. I'll definately return in the future. thank you
