I had an amazing time at Fis place. Very clean, and the hospitality is second to none. The residence is very accessible to everything you need in Abuja. I will definitely recommend you book Fis' place on your next trip to Abuja.

Satson 1 bedroom luxury flat

It's an awesome place in a good environment. The host is very kind too. Except for the occasional barking from nearby houses, the area is very quiet. All the essentials are available to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is built as a separate unit from the main building which is separated by its own gate. It's self-cleaning and you have to take the trash out by yourself, but that's part of why it feels just like home. You get maximum privacy here. The host didn't come in throughout the period of my stay. I had a bit of trouble locating the place but that's easy enough for the host to fix. The address is 108, 3rd Avenue, Efab City Estate, Lifecamp. If you use Bolt to move around, use 106 3rd Avenue on the Bolt app. There's ample parking space if you're coming with your own car too.

I had a great stay at this apartment, which is in Kado Estate. While it’s not luxurious, it’s highly practical and met all my key criteria for accommodation in Nigeria: good location, excellent security, constant power, and cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The ceiling fan was a nice touch for those who prefer not to sleep with the AC on. One of the standout features is the inverter system, which seamlessly kicks in when there’s no power from the main supply, meaning the standby generator is hardly needed. I never noticed the switchover unless with the AC. During my stay, the generator only ran for about an hour, which was great as they can be noisy. The location is also ideal, especially for business trips. It’s just a 15-minute drive to Wuse 2 and Maitama, the main business hubs, and less than 10 minutes to Utako Market and Jabi Lake. All in all, I’ve finally found a reliable place to stay in Abuja for future business trips! Thank you Pat for the excellent reception.
