Welcome to Fox Den, an enchanting tiny house by Uncommon Accommodations! Nestled in nature along the Brewster River, this cozy retreat is just 1 minute from Smuggler's Notch resort. Meet our resident fox, Jinx, as you unwind in the hot tub. The heated space features a queen bed, comfy couch, TV, and a convenient coffee station. Please note, the house does not contain a bathroom, but a porta-potty is provided for your convenience. Experience the charm of Fox Den, where simplicity meets serenity.

Up a charming dirt road past Brushwood & Fairlee Forests with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. Lake Fairlee is a scenic 10 min drive; 15 min to Lake Morey & I-91 and 30 min to Dartmouth College. Enjoy the glow of the rising sun and beautiful views above the fog, unwind in the hot tub surrounded by the magical woods and wildlife of Vermont.

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. This is a cozy basement apartment with a private entrance and deck. Gorgeous forest views and access. Less than 4 miles to markets and restaurants. This peaceful spot rests beneath Camels Hump between Burlington and Stowe in the largest section of the VAST trail system with THE BEST mountain biking and hiking. New hot tub! Cold plunge! Wifi and WiFi calling! Pet friendly! Fire pit! Trails! You will need an ALL-WHEEL DRIVE vehicle in the WINTER and spring during MUD SEASON.

We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

An excellent match for skiers, hikers, as well as those looking simply to detach and unwind. A king sized sleigh bed in the master bedroom with views to the mountains, and sleeps 7 overall. 15 minutes to Sugarbush, Mad River Glen and The Long Trail. 35 minutes to Stowe Village.
