Blue Mule Farm Cottage is absolutely adorable and incredibly cozy — we felt right at home the moment we arrived. Every little detail is so thoughtfully done, from the charming decor to the comfortable amenities that made our stay so relaxing. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful views were just what we needed to unwind. Beth is so welcoming and amazing — you can truly feel the care and love she puts into the cottage and her guests' experience. She made us feel like part of the family. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy it all over again. Highly recommend this little slice of heaven!

The bunkhouse is a great rustic experience in the middle of a picturesque landscape of rolling hills and beautiful huge oaks. Our hosts were extremely responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Jackie's barn bungalow. The decor is great and the beds are so comfy. It has a nicely -sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bungalow was well stocked with coffee and everything you would need while there. There was a welcome basket with snack and breakfast items. Jackie was a wonderful host! We would definitely stay at the barn bungalow again!

The Farm House is a charming home. It is exactly as described and well-equipped with everything you need for your stay. Matt was super responsive throughout our stay.

Such a cool place. The unit was so cozy and comfortable and nicely decorated. A change of weather in middle of stay required the use of air conditioning and heating. Both worked beautifully. The private deck was perfect place to unwind and get fresh air and enjoy a coffee and some beers.

Top notch for our several day visit. enjoyed the property immensely. container was extremely nice for us, a/c's kept up in the heat of the day and super quiet & peaceful at night. enjoyed the container pool as the sun heated up the outdoors. headed in to town for some great drinks & food. would highly recommend and ready to come back!

This place was great for a nature girl myself. The kids were able to have fun in the pool while the adults fished and grilled!

Darling, and well located to everything! Poppy house was perfect for our first trip to Round Top. The house was so well appointed and clean. Can’t wait to come back! 😍

Place was awesome! Private. Big enough for 2-3 ppl. Get for couples getaway! Animals were sooooo friendly, place was clean. Good tools and equipment to cook. Be aware of spiders, they weren’t bothering me. But they are there. Walked the path to the pigs, so adorable!!

Great place to stay! Our family stayed for a weekend and wish we could've stayed longer. Very cute house with large shared spaces. Pool and outdoor area were wonderful. Peaceful and cozy, but a very quick drive (< 5 mins) to Round Top restaurants and shops. Our girls are already asking when we can go back! I will mention that the kitchen was a little sparse compared to other airbnbs, so if you are looking to cook something specific you may want to bring your own tools - but everything specifically mentioned was there!

We had a wonderful stay. Amy was an amazing host, super helpful and responsive. Gave us great suggestions in the local area that fit in perfectly with what we were looking for Best highlights was getting to enjoy the beautiful moo cows and the wonderful trees on the property. :) Can’t wait to stay again

Everything was perfect. Rachel was very kind and quick to my questions. very good hostess. The property was beautiful!

We were there to celebrate my birthday weekend and do some antique shopping, and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even had a birthday cake and a card! Natalie called before we checked in, and I believe we spoke for at least an hour, so friendly and felt like family. There are two little "farm cats" that are beyond friendly and were a fun addition to the property! They sent over a list of recommendations on places to eat, and 5 stars for everything!

Our three families loved our weekend retreat here. The pool is absolutely beautiful with lots of seating options around it. We also enjoyed the huge garage/playroom area in the heat of the day to escape the sun. Plenty of sleeping options for our crew too. We had a couple of minor issues and the hosts responded quickly. Highly recommended for a nice countryside escape!

We had a family reunion at Ben’s modern ranch, which was a lovely and peaceful place. The pictures matched the description. We enjoyed the pool, petting zoo, and deck area. Overall, I highly recommend it for a family gathering. The only interruption we faced was from a neighborhood dog that kept coming back. He was friendly, but our small dogs didn’t appreciate his presence as much. Some time during the day, he managed to take a few of our shoes. Aside from that, we had an amazing time! We visited the Shiner Brewery afterwards (20 mins away!).

Amazing spot in RT! We have stayed in many wonderful spots in RT, and this is a keeper!!!! It’s walkable to several great shopping spots and actually adjacent to a couple of local year-round markets.

The place is way beyond the description. it is so much better. Lots of amenities, nothing is necessary since the place has everything, although it is necessary to go buy your groceries at the local store, other than that store there is a dollar general only. The bunkhouse is really confortable and everything in that place is thoroughly chosen to make you feel at home. Spotlessand comfortable. I travelled with my dogs and they also enjoyed the open space! We had such a great restful time. We could actually enjoy the silence and the surroundings! We were really happy! 😊

My family had a wonderful experience here. This place is well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. And the location is great – we had breakfast in Flatonia (Darlin's Diner), lunch in Round Top (Boon & Company), and dinner in Schulenburg (The Garden Co. Cafe), all in the same day! My four-year-old daughter slept well past her usual waking time because she said the bed was so cozy. We kicked a ball around the large field full of wildflowers and explored the antique barn (which was surprisingly broom-swept clean!) a few steps from the house. My two-year-old son enjoyed taking turns mooing back and forth with the cows across the fence. The sunrise from the front porch is an epic experience–songbirds everywhere, two owls hooting back and forth, and a wide-open view across the hills. My family would happily return for another stay.

Mike and Diana's place was one of the best (albeit short) stays we have ever had on Airbnb. so friendly and they didn't force us to clean at the end because we had a busy day ahead. so accommodating and friendly. thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marie’s country house. The house is pretty and well decorated. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and looking at the stars. We were less than 10 minutes from Round Top - fun shopping and great restaurants. Marie gave us great advice. She was helpful and responsive.

Perfect location for our first mother/daughter trip to Round Top. The house is 3 min from Warrenton and 8-10 min to Round Top. We loved evenings on the patio. The house is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals and do laundry. The host is very responsive and kind and handled anything we needed quickly.

We had an amazing stay at Roxanne’s place for our engagement celebration. The home exceeded all our expectations-beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. Roxanne was incredibly accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our special occasion. Communication was smooth and she was very responsive throughout. We needed an overnight place to stay with our family and friends for the MS 150 cycling event and this home was perfectly located for our needs. Its located right on 290, but despite the noise outside it was not noisy inside and did not disturb our sleep. The attention to detail in their decor was so charming, every room was a fun little surprise to walk through. We really appreciate the antiquity of the home with the modern clean bathrooms and the updated kitchen appliances. It was a great mix of old and new. It had everything we needed with the exception of internet, so it was difficult to run our apple TV and pick up the Astros game.
