Carin is a wonderful host! She made us feel right at home but not in an intrusive way. She provided snacks and extra bottled water. The place was super clean and convenient for our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!! If we're back in the area, we'll be back to Carin's place!

A quiet stay in a quiet town. Just the way I prefer it. The backyard was peaceful with the chickens clucking and running out to greet me in the mornings. The check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Hopefully didn't make too much noise leaving and returning on my motorcycle. The neighborhood is very quiet and I was trying to respect that. The bed was very comfortable and the fan in the room was a lifesaver after being in the sun all day. All in all a very ideal stay for a guest suite. Would definitely stay again if visiting the Lexington area.

Such a lovely and memorable stay at Gayle’s. She is above and beyond accommodating and so kind!!! Loved staying in the historic area, so walkable and easily found local and fun restaurants for meals and entertainment. Right by the arena! Enjoyed a local event at the park 2 blocks away too!

Fantastic location. Incredible view. Very private. Hosts were very helpful, proactive and went above to help accommodate during bad weather. Highly recommend if staying in Frankfort.

Great place to stay! will visit again!

Wonderful stay with exceptional hosts! The hosts were incredibly responsive—answering all our questions both before and during our stay. The private downstairs area was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities and some delightful surprises. One of the highlights was the peaceful park just behind the house—perfect for morning and evening walks around the pond. To top it off, the hosts surprised us with beautiful flowers to celebrate our anniversary, which made our check-in extra special. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This home is very cute. It is on a quite and secluded part of the lake. No wakes, and nearly no boats coming and going. It was very quite and peaceful. The dock was beautiful and they had everything well stocked.. towels, life jackets very well stocked for all ages, and floats. I would recommend this place to friends.

Christine’s place was just as described with a good sized living area with comfy couches. It was clean, extra linen was available and the snacks/food was a bonus. Christine is a great communicator and was really helpful. Highly recommend.

Came here with friends and family for 5 nights for Centre Graduation. Amazing place, but it is down backroads (like most of KY) and dark at night (just a heads up for people who don’t like driving in the dark) but it was not a problem at all for us. The living room had so many games for us to enjoy during down time. The patio is amazing with beautiful surroundings. We didn’t get to use the outside fire because it rained the night we planned to use it but overall the place was so clean, pretty, and comfortable. Lori was by far the most amazing host I’ve ever had. Her charcuterie boards are 1000/10 and so much food and drinks included for a great price and she’s food safety certified! We ran into her a few times and she such kind and helpful host. She also had prints (cards) of her artwork and illustrated books which are all gorgeous for purchase and her art in the rooms. If you have any doubts about this place, don’t worry, just go for it! It will definitely be worth it! Thank you Lori
