Great little cabin! Exactly what we needed.

This was our second stay and we will def be back. The property is beautiful and peaceful and has gorgeous porch views. The house was cozy and kitchen fully stocked.

I adored this Cabin. It was cozy and charming. Like stepping back in time. The cabin has so much character. I loved working out of the den and the bedrooms were very spacious. The property itself its peaceful and my dogs loved visiting with the cows and goats. This place is so pretty we barely left. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this cabin. I also loved the assortment of books and puzzles, and historic artifacts throughout the cabin. You will find a treasure in every corner. From all the cute china and dishes to the stained glass windows and historic paintings.

5 stars just isn't enough. Great communication from Steve and Lisa before and during the stay. Quiet peaceful location on a working horse farm, but only 20 minutes to downtown Lexington. Spacious layout was clean and comfortable. Fully apportioned kitchen, enormous master suite, cozy breakfast nook, open living area. Lots of history with modern amenities. Hardwood floors, high ceilings and crown molding along with satellite tv and fast Wi-Fi connection Short walk down the driveway to corrals with several retired and active racehorses. And then there's John-George and Sadie, the absolutely adorable donkeys, the highlight of our stay. Bring treats and you'll have new best friends for the duration of your stay. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Natalie's summer kitchen! Everything was exactly as described and then some. Between the easily accessible location to everywhere I wanted to go around the Lexington area, the beautiful surroundings of the peaceful farm, the farm animals, and the spacious and perfectly decorated two room house, we can't wait to return!

It was so fun to stay above the horse barn and experience a working KY horse farm. Ron gave us a tour which was very inciteful. The view from the front porch was spectacular. Great stay for a nearby wedding.

Friendly owners. Helpful with all our questions and requests. Fun lodging for the kids! And relaxing for the parents!

Leslie and Al were wonderful hosts. Charming cottage. Had everything you need. Beautiful farm setting. Beautiful horses. Close to Lexington and all the Distilleries. She many wonderful things to see and do in the area. Coming back to the cottage was like coming back to your home at night. We would go back again and have already recommended this place to friends. The house was beautiful inside, nicely decorated. The grounds were well maintained. Don’t forget the bug spray and your muck boots in case it rains and download your maps before you go as there is no internet signal for a few miles around that area. Property folks were very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot.

Barbara's Barn Loft is perfect for a peaceful and serene getaway! We were warmly welcomed by Barbara's friendly and gentle goats. The loft has a cozy and warm aesthetic with amazing views from every window. We enjoyed our stay from start to finish including delicious breakfast and charcuterie board, relaxing on the deck and ending the evening by the fire pit. Thanks for an amazing stay, Barbara!

We were very impressed with Florettas home. Everything looked just like the pictures and the amenities were amazing Floretta thought of everything from snacks, breakfast foods, and treats including homemade cookies and bourbon balls in the kitchen to all kinds of toiletries, extra toilet paper, and a generous supply of quality towels in the bathrooms. The living area was tastefully decorated and comfortable there were instructions to all appliances, wifi, and TVs. Also lots of games for all ages. This is one of the best equipped and organized Air BnBs we have ever visited. Our family of 5 would definitely stay here again to visit the Bourbon Trail to which it was centrally located as well.

Sweet Sweet place to stay. Our 2nd time to stay . Feels like home. The sunroom is my favorite area!. Lots of birds to watch and listen to. Peaceful and relaxing but close to town too. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about it. House felt like home. Everything you could ask for in the house that you would ever need and more. loved the peacefulness and seclusion. I cannot say enough good things about Misfit Farm! The location was so serene, the movie room was awesome for our family movie night, and the garden tub was so relaxing. But our favorite part was getting to meet all the animals on the farm! Tim let my seven-year-old son feed the goats and let me bottle-feed Buttercup, the baby cow. Our favorite farm friends were Rusty, the bull and Shadow, the cat - so friendly! We sipped tea on the front porch at night while we watched fireflies, and then we got a heavenly night's sleep on the comfy beds. This place is amazing - we will definitely be back.

Our micro wedding was everything we dreamed of—intimate, beautiful, and stress-free. Gillian and Rob were incredible. They took such great care of the property and handled our last-minute changes with so much grace and kindness. We felt truly supported, and their attention to detail made the whole day feel effortless. We couldn’t be more grateful!

This was our first stop in a 4-stop trip and what a way to kick things off! The cottage was perfect for our family. It was clean and calm, had everything we needed, and really put us at ease. The farm was serene and peaceful. Our children absolutely adored the horses, and we're very happy to feed them carrots. If you are looking for a space to get away in beautiful Kentucky horse country, this is the perfect place to go. Everything else you might need is 10-15 minutes away. And it's only a few minutes from Evans Orchard & Cider Mill (lots for the kids to do, and great food too).

Sadie and Tyler were great to work with. Very responsive. House was great and we had a wonderful trip!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! A hidden gem just 10 minutes from downtown Paris. I booked this property to stay at before my wedding with my bridesmaids. It was the perfect place to get ready the morning of the wedding! Gorgeous kitchen, spacious master bedroom/bathroom, and lots of natural lighting with a great view. Kimmy was a wonderful host and very helpful with any questions leading up to our trip. Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again!

Sam's place is an absolute treasure! I've stayed at many Airbnb's and Sam's is the best I've been to! The moment we walked through the door, we felt right at home and Sam made sure we had everything we could ever need. The home is fully stocked with anything you can think of! The pool and hot tub were in perfect condition and there were even floaties available for our kids to use! Sam even filled the hot tub with hot water when it was getting low! I can't say enough great things about this home and the host. We will definitely be making this our annual Kentucky trip spot!

We had An amazing time staying at Emily’s! My daughter was out early every morning to say hi to the horses and loved the kitty and dogs visiting too! Beds were comfy!

Beautiful home and property! It was perfect for our annual girl's weekend! The weather kept us inside more than we had hoped, but we did get a couple of sunny hours to enjoy the pool. Even when the rain kept us indoors, there was plenty of room to just relax and enjoy each other's company. There were plenty of windows to keep us connected to the outdoors and the view was perfect from every direction. Rolling green pastures speckled with horses! Very private! Highly recommend!

We LOVE this home! I was there on business and my tram and myself stay at this home and it was the perfect place to come back to after a busy day! The host was wondereful and helpful! We even say horses in the field across the way

Absolutely recommend staying here y’all! It was SO peaceful & private. The farm house was charming & plenty of space for a set of 4 adults. The property is spacious & lots to explore. The trail system on the land gave us a Sunday morning time to hike before traveling. We loved that our dog was welcome & she loved exploring. One night was not enough & we cannot wait to come back when the pool is open. Thanks SO much from WV 💚

This AIRBB was probably the nicest home I’ve ever rented. Everything was so clean that I felt like the first guest ever to stay there. All of the furniture and appliances were high end and there were even towel warmers in all the bathrooms. The decor was beautiful and well appointed and Laura’s little touches like snacks and wine made us feel very welcomed. This property is on a gated horse farm so you feel super safe and the views of the farm and horses are breathtaking. If your considering this rental, go for it, you will most definitely enjoy it.
