Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

Welcome to the Chez Vous--your place! This special place is close to everything! It’s a stone’s throw from UCA, just steps from the Tucker Creek, and has abundant grocery choices and restaurants close by! The apartment is connected to the main house through a locked door, and while it has "une cuisine américaine" (toaster oven, microwave...), it does not have running water in the kitchen area. This is the perfect spot to use as a base for eating out and enjoying all that Conway has to offer!
